How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

When we got there our room was not clean dusty and our daughter has bad allergies and the air conditioner didn't work and it was advertised that it has a kitchen net but it didn't have one a kitchen meds has a sink and a stove top so that was false advertisement
We love the breakfasts and the the front desk staff

Upon arriving in my room I checked the bathroom & there were hairs on the floor near the tub, the underside of the toilet seat was dirty & the room smelled a little musty. Once the a/c was turned down, the smell went away. The beds felt lumpy & the pillows were just as bad. They both need to be replaced.
The front desk staff were VERY nice & professional.

The lady there when we checked in was not very friendly, the rooms you can tell it's an older hotel
Some of the staff were nice, the breakfast was probably the best part about staying

One room (113) had no remote and channel could not be changed. 2nd room (110) was a suite. 1 remote and only worked on TV in the sitting area. Couldn’t change channel and volume didn’t work on tv in bedroom.
The breakfast was very good! Rooms were stayed cool and comfortable. The beds were cozy and comfortable. We all slept good.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable and the room was not cleaned very well.
It was conveniently located, the room was very large, the staff were nice, and the breakfast was really good.

The water is not hot!!! The facility needs and update. The breakfast needs to be updated as well. It use to be a great hotel but it has definitely went down the drain.
The location and the rooms are decent. Its a peaceful environment

Problems with plumbing leaving our toilet clogged for an entire day which left room smelling awful. Front desk clerk on night shift was suppose to report and have fixed while we were working the festival and did not. I had to wait until early morning clerk came in and he immediately found equipment to fix
Some staff members were outstanding and breakfast was wonderful

The pillows. My husband liked the pillows, but I didn't. Maybe a two different pillow types would be nice
The clerk who checked me in my room was superior with customer service. The room was big and really nice. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast.

The fact that there were roaches in the bathroom of our room. I believe to be coming from a drain in the bathroom floor.

The staff was very cordial and helpful on checking in. The facility is in need of updating. Carpet looked dingy, one panel of the sheers in the room was totally ripped in half! The refrigerator apparently had been worked on and was still sitting out. It is just old.

Cleaner and carpets changed or cleaned. Handheld shower didn't work, which is important.
Breakfast was great except staff corrected me for bringing the pitcher of milk to table to pour in cereal loudly and in front of everyone like I was a child! Very rude. . Beds were comfortable, which is important to us. Carpet very stained and corners in bathroom very dirty.. Front desk staff was great!

Coffee hahaha! Sorry, I like the thick stuff.
The main thing that I noticed was the friendly staff; they were always willing to help! Breakfast was okay. I'm a serious coffee drinker and your coffee was on the weak side (but I know that some people like that). The hotel was clean and welcoming, so it was a nice place to spend the night.

Dust was collected in the room. Walls needed to be wiped down, so much dust it flared my allergies up

This location is somewhat dated. The carpets are dingy and could stand to be scrubbed or even replaced. Some areas of the room were dusty such as things not often used, like the telephone. However, the bathroom was very clean and I appreciated that very much.
