The card keys for us didn’t work on 2 occasions and luckily my husband arrived back just in time to catch the desk staff before they left for the night to get a replacement key. The desk is only staffed until 8 pm, but apparently there is a phone # on the front door to contact security after hours.

Breakfast is bit "small" in relation to the hotel overall.

Good hotel to stay in. Central location to explore the town and the surrounding places like Smith Rock State Park etc. The room is spacious, clean, good beds and the staff very helpful.

The inn is a true gem! It is located in the lovely city of bend. It has a great atmosphere. We got a room on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the river. It was very peaceful and private. In the morning, we could pickup a tray of the breakfast food and have it on our balcony. The room was very spacious and nice so that we also enjoyed just spending time in it as a family. The bathroom was very spacious as well! The staff at the front desk were not just friendly but also caring and kind.

Our TV in the den area wouldn't work. They kind of tried to fix it. Thankfully we weren't there to watch TV and they gave us an adjustment on our final bill.

We liked that it wasn't one big room. Separate sleeping area is always nice.

Big and comfortable room with fireplace for a cool evening. Right next to the river for a walk and nice grounds. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

The pull out couch had a terrible mattress- it was very uncomfortable . The patio was nice , but there was not a full view or easy access to the river .

Hot water in the shower was a bit of an issue but it wasn’t straight-up only cold water so it was fine.

The room was gorgeous. The view was great overlooking the river. We had a buck visit in the morning while we were sitting on the balcony. He was on the other side of the fence just walking by. Breakfast was very good.

The showers/tubs are getting older and overall is older. I didn’t get offered my glass of wine on check in and was hard to catch the person at the desk the following night to ask though they are nice. Not as great of stay this time as my last couple have been.

Location is great. Beds are comfortable and rooms large. They have a nice continental breakfast though starts at 7. Love the toiletries!

The room was a little bit dark in the make-up/powder room area.

new trees growing too close to the building, needs to be remove, they are growing into the side of the building and gutters. several blocking the view of the river below. carpets needs replace, worn and dirty. TV'S too small needs larger ones.

The room temp is kept at 64. There was an oil portable, but the beautiful room was large and even with the gas fireplace that didn’t give much heat, I was cold.

It was fine. Attendant made a pot of decaf coffee for me, who can’t have more than a bit of caffeine.

There for 4 nights, we requested a tidy up fresh towels trash removal halfway through never happened. Then that last night, our hotel Key didn't work to get into the hotel but did work for the room. Luckily, someone showed up and let us in.
