An elevator would be amazing addition. Downside was not having an ottoman or recliner to put feet up and the mattresses were really uncomfortable. I definitely lost sleep with waking up every hour to change positions. A memory foam mattress would be a lot better for anyone. I even brought my 3" memory foam topper, but the innerspring inexpensive mattress was still way to uncomfortable.

Booking was easy. Picking up the keys after hours and returning them was simple. Loved the location. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the exercise room. The condo was nice and spacious. Enjoyed the big windows, fireplace, kitchen so we could cook, etc. D

Unfortunately the appliances in the kitchen did not work well. Oven door would not stay shut, freezer and frig did not keep very cold or frozen. Also, did not know there would be so many stairs to get to unit.

Condo could have been cleaner. Dishwasher was running when we got in, so had to unload it to be able to use it. Dust, sink in the kitchen dirty, etc.

Some updating would be nice. The unit I stayed in twice this winter needs a new kitchen sink, hot water heater and new glass wear. While at times annoying, I would still go back and even stay at the same unit.

The location is great. The hot tubs are very nice. The full kitchen is a must. The overall quality of the Pine Ridge property is actually very high for the area. The beds were very comfortable. The cleaning before arrival was exceptional.

Front desk person was unfriendly and not so helpful. Bath towels were very small. Upon arrival the heat was turned off and it was very cold. We found empty plastic bottles and wrappers all over the condo. The cleaning team should do a better job.

Location was great, close to downtown and the Gondola. More than enough beds for 8 people as there was a sleep couch in addition to the beds. We asked for bigger towels for use at the hot tub, which they provided promptly. Locker for ski/snowboard gear was available, just a bit small for all our gear.

4th floor walk up: rough with luggage and in ski boots. Bathrooms: very dated. The en-suite shower was in poor shape and not usable. Shower heads are super low. Floors are cold. No heat lamps. Coffee: coffee and creamer are not provided in the condo with the coffeemaker (free coffee in office was good, but office didn’t open til 9). Note: most places we stay offer in-unit coffee.

Location: Very good Just steps to the short shuttle. Walk or short drive to town. Size: Large condo, ample seating. Nice amenity: Separate lounge was great for changing before checkin and after checkout. Ski-in: Easy and convenient. Beds: comfy and warm. Staff: friendly Hot tub area: good enough

The accommodations are adequate. The kitchen supplies are minimal. If you want plush and updated this is not your spot, but if you want a great location at a reasonable price and are not picky -- this rental is for you. Comfortable, clean and the location is perfect.

LOCATION - property was walkable to town and to the slopes. We took the shuttle to snowflake lift -- although -- we could have walked and we could ski home! The condo overlooks the hot tub so we could see when it was empty which was nice. Beds were nice and comfortable and the place was large enough for us to relax.

The unit definitely needs some few upgrade and only be able to get one parking permit for the car for a big group. Had to park the second rental vehicle at outside parking lot.

Loved how accessible the condo is to Main Street and Snowflake lift. It’s right by downtown where we didn’t have to drive and used the free shuttle to Peak 9 from across the street. They have two hot tubs. I’d recommend to stay there for ski in/out!

It would be nice to add a house manual, the showers worked in a tricky way for example. Hot tub hours are very limited, which was a bummer. Almost no way to enjoy it in the morning or at night time, so practically useless.

Broken porch screen door, multiple closet doors and dresser drawers broken or misaligned. Overall the property was dated and musty. Outdoor furniture nearly unusable. Dirty windows.

Location was excellent; size of the property was very good; new shower; free parking; kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, etc. Most things clean as they could be (given their age)

Parking. We were allowed one parking spot and had two cars. The front desk was not helpful with suggestions for parking. Very few lots in town allow overnight parking. We did find one, but daily parking was really expensive, so we had to spend time moving the extra car around. Not ideal.

The condo was as advertised. It was comfortable, and clean, although the carpet could use a cleaning. Beds were comfortable.

Lots of stairs (was it 6 flights?) to get to the unit with heavy luggage was a challenge. Took our time, huffed and puffed and got it all upstairs. Amount of mountain home decor and accessories could be an issue for someone very sensitive to dust as there’s just no way to keep that much stuff dust free. The unit was clean and cozy but much heavier on the mountain theme than our personal al tastes.

Great location walking distance to town. Easy parking. Spacious condo and well stocked kitchen equipment (which we didn’t use).

The person at the front desk told me at check in that they didn't have a pool key for us and that we should check back the next day. I went back the next day and the person there still didn't have a pool key for us, but he told me he would likely get one that day at he would get me one. He never did. We were not able to use the pool because they never gave us a key.

The size and cleanliness of the condo was very good. We enjoyed the location too.
