We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesHad 3 washcloths in our 3 rooms... 1 in each room. Had to ask for extras. Advertises continental breakfast. Only offer orange juice and coffee. There were 11 of us total, so this would have saved us a lot of our vacation budget.
The staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool.

United StatesREAD THE EMAIL THEY SEND YOU!! I skimmed through it but must have missed the part of paying an $80 deposit. We didn't have a ton of money for this trip and having to put $80 of it as a deposit didn't help. We did get the $80 back but it was 48 hours after we left. Read the confirmation emails they send you!!
This was a good hotel for someone that is on a budget. It was very affordable and it was mostly clean.

United StatesThe AC didn't work in our room, so we had to call the front desk, but the room phone didn't work, so I went down and spoke directly to the lady, so she had to try to find a room with a properly working AC for us to move into.
The front desk lady was the best part of the experience. It was quite and uneventful, however the clientele was very sketchy and I worried about my vehicle most of the night, but it was fine, by morning.

United StatesIt started with the air in room the fan wouldn't turn on so cold air coming out but not cooling the room. Then it took 2 days for the refrigerator to get cold with it turned all the way to coldest. Then the hallways were very dirty. The house keeping never cleaned our room had to keep going to front desk for towels. Then when the young lady tried to tell the guy he needed to clean our room as well as others he wanted to argue with her. Mind you this happened at the front desk in front of me about my room. His attitude was like he didn't care i was standing there. So the highlighted lines the rooms they clean his paper had 1 highlighted room on it. The other guys paper was full. So to management what did you pay this guy to do all day? We stay here like once a year and this was first time it was ever this bad. I do want to give props to the young lady at front she was very helpful and kind for my whole stay. I feel like she never went home. She was there day and night.

United StatesI feel like every room should have minimum a microwave and none of our soap dispensers had any soap in them such as the ones mounted on the wall in the shower and the ones mounted on the wall at the sink.
The location was convenient in the center of everything, but outside the busy part of the pigeon forge strip. The room was able to control easily via room temperature and the bed was comfortable.

I honestly thought that Hotel Pigeon Forge would offer a refund, discount for next stay, anything as seriously we were starving when we got there and only dropped one small carry across the shoulder bag onto table and left. No way could we have messed up room, or even have gotten a speck of dust in the room. I was in car bleeding and husband told them. No offer of any type for assistance or refund or discount. Just disappointed
