I do wish the pool was open 24hours. Once we finished dinner and doing our activities the kids wanted to swim but there was no time because the pool closed at 11pm. Also wish that check in was earlier and check out time was a little later Or at the least the same- for example if you check in at 4pm you shouldn’t have to check out until 4pm— it felt like we were kinda robbed of a whole day we could have stayed there and swam.

Loved the room itself, the balcony and kitchen were most used. Super comfy and quiet. Didnt want to leave!!

Pool was closed, and the passcode for the door was much too long, needs a tv with app options. We had one day where it rained all day where it would have been a nice addition.

Our feet were black from dirt after walking around the unit barefoot-floors need mopped better. While I understand we needed to wash towels daily, would be nice to have laundry facilities that handle more than 3 towels at a time since the unit can accommodate 8. We needed to do multiple loads per day just to have clean towels. A bathroom drawer has hair clippings in it...nasty. Had issue with dryer on last day that maintenance was coming to look at as we were leaving. No extra blankets anywhere and only light blankets on the beds.

The team was very polite and responsive to issues brought to their attention. Pool was just an average pool, nothing special. Was nice having individual bedrooms and baths.

The pots and pans were very outdated. And not safe to eat off of. The teflon was scraped off the pans. Need to clean better behind furniture in bedrooms. The floors were so nasty. Like they hadn’t been scrubbed moped, seems like they only used a swifter mop. They got our socks very dirty. The hot tub is not very HOT at all. Feels like bath water.

The property was easy to find and a service man called prior to my arrival to let me know he was replacing a light and should be gone prior to my arrival. That was professional.

The pool was closed the 1st 2 nights while there but it did open so we could enjoy on last day. Hot tub still closed. This was out of the control of the hosts though.

This condo was an awesome value, excellent price for a larger family. We had 8 of us. Beautiful balcony view. Right in the heart of everything at Pigeon Forge. I had various questions before we got there. Hosts always responsive in good time on booking.com portal. Our family had a really nice 3 day stay. Th pool area was closed the 1st couple nights then opened on our last day, so the kids got to enjoy it for a day. The host offered us a refund for this ! This was very gracious. Much appreciated.

Theft of my clothes. I contacted them within 2 hours when I realized my clothes had been left in the closet. The status is no clothes were found. Stolen! Supposedly cleaning crew went in after I left. I was willing to pay a reward for my clothes too.

Unfortunately I left my clothes and they were stolen. I called immediately within 2 hours when I realized I'd left them in the closet. Sad...cleaning crew supposedly went in after we left. I was also willing to pa a reward for my clothes too. As far as the condo it was very nice.

Coffee maker was broken on arrival however it was replaced when we brought it to the attention of the management company. The dryer broke at the end of our trip. Someone came to look at it and then left without letting us know the status. I contacted the property management company and they stated he could not fix the issue.

Very nice condo with 3 large rooms and bathrooms. Nice pools and lazy river. Great location!

Nasty floors. Needs good skillets and medium pots. Limited silverware. Limited/faulty outlets. Dryer gives out and has to sit for a while before it will work again. Jacuzzi jets regulated to low only. Elevator long walk for walker or wheelchair.

Great location. Roomy condo. Elevator in this building a long walk from handicap parking. A/C cold. Wifi good. Jacuzzi regulated jets on low with no adjustments, water plenty hot. Nasty floors (Took 10 mop buckets of water to clean). First room (behind couch) needs new mattress, feels like you will fall off the edge on both sides. Also, outlets on both sides of bed faulty and shower head needs replaced. Kitchen lacking in pans and cooking utensils. No teaspoons and only 5 forks for party of 8.

The location was great. When we arrived there was one room and bathroom that didn't have any electricity and the dining table hadn't been cleaned. The electricity issue was fixed. The beds are pretty firm and uncomfortable, and the beds only had a sheet with a very thin blanket and flat pillows. I would recommend bringing some of your own. There weren't enough extra blankets for everyone. The remote in one of the bedrooms didn't work for the TV. There is a lot of space and the rooms are large. Comfort and cleanliness were the biggest issues.

Lighting wasn’t great. Found hair in the “clean“ towels. Floors were dusty and dirty.
