The beds need upgraded. This place needs to be cleaned a little better inside the rooms and also the halls and walkways

We love that we can take our dog with us for free and also that it’s walking distance to the Island. The pool is very clean and nice, it’s our favorite part about this place

When I booked, I asked for a room close to the front as We went up for Jeep invasion and my husband recently had a heart attack. He would be walking back and forth when he got tired to rest when needed. I wantes to be close to him to be able to check on him. Our room was in the back :( we booked almost a year in advance and the lady told me she would make a note on our reservations so we could get a feont room. I wven told her I would being his dr papers to prove he has a bad heart so they knew I was not just telling a story. The only other thing was our bathroom floor was dirty

The mattresses were to hard. Also we had to put up a $100 deposit which we were told would be refunded upon departure. Only $95 was refunded and we were never made aware of a $5 service fee until I called to ask.

Location, staff very friendly, anything such as towels, tissue ect was always available. Staff was always cleaning something.

I had issues with the staff before I arrived. The front desk rep was very rude and I had requested a cancellation because of the rudeness. I told him this was my first and last time I would stay there. (Conversation was over the phone). I was aware that I might not receive a refund if that decision was not made. No one ever contacted me and I stayed anyway since I would not be reimbursed. My complaint is not against the property, but against the staff that I spoke with before arriving to the location. A female staff was there that was more friendly and pleasant either later on that day or the next day. I think parking should be according to room occupation. The refrigerator did not freeze but starting freezing when we were leaving the property.

The room was enough space and comfortable. The breakfast was great and $6.00 was not expensive at all to get a full breakfast bar. Restaurant staff very nice. I liked the location because it is close to all the attractions and walking distance. My granddaughter really liked the bunk bed. She thought it was very comfortable.

Kind of a rough clientele when we arrived but calmed down the next day and did not realize it was a pet friendly hotel until we checked in so we heard some dogs barking.

Included breakfast at the restaurant next door was nice and overall adequate for the price

Gap between the door and door frame when closed, light switch and electrical outlet on the door frame, $105 deposit only getting $90 back.

The beds are very hard and the pullout couch felt like it was a sheet on top of springs

It was very close to all the things we wanted to explore, and they had rooms and suites big enough for our entire party. And really enjoyed that they partner with the pancake house next-door for breakfast.

I could hear people talking every time they walked by my door and the beds weren't very comfortable.

It was in a great location! The room was clean and well put together. The little restaurant next door you get a voucher to eat pancakes which was fabulous food. My kids also really enjoyed the swimming pool!! Over all a good experience!

We liked that the property was right on the main strip. It was close to the Island and plenty of shopping areas.

The bathroom was kinda dirty, the tub had some hair and dirt in the bottom of tub, dust all over walls so when the light hit the walls you could see dust.
