We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI hate to right negative as we had a beautiful stay at the new hotel and appreciate all the staffs dedication. However on arrival we found the main swimming pool to be closed. No information was offered or a reason why given. As I was travelling alone with my son. This was a massive disappointment for us it being the main reason I booked the hotel. Hoping my son would be easier to entertain in the pool area! On from that we had a a day where the main pool we were using Was even closed off for a private party throwing us all in to an even smaller area normally designated to adults only. Not great. The communication between staff/ management organising the private event and the pool staff was constantly changing treating hotel residents rather second priority. This was also a little noticeable at weekends and busier periods when the hotel obviously wanted the big beds and canopy’s with held for paying guests not a staying at the hotel. I don’t expect to be treat in this way if I’m paying for a room and drinks and services everyday in an establishment. Besides that I did feel the menus across the restaurants could be slightly more varied and restaurants open more nights (weather this was due to low occupancy. I’ve no idea)
The hotel is gorgeous and new and all the staff are very helpful and nice. We enjoyed our stay. The setting in the marina is beautiful. We found the location easy to go places and do stuff. The rooms are extremely plush, comfortable and modern. There is lots of options for places to eat. Little things around the pool like sun scream and water is great. However there does seem to be a huge unnecessary use of so many towels lol……….

United StatesOur room didn’t have hand soap in the bathroom. Just body wash in the shower. Had to call the front desk a couple times to receive some.
The room was nicely decorated, beds were very comfortable, amenities were top notch, and staff was very friendly.
