How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Some rooms that close to the main road suffer from noise at night due to lack of noise proofing of the windows. But not so serious to mature people......snoring from roommate is more severe.....
The location of the hotel is good. Close to highwsy 5.. the breakfast is very good. It wsd nice to see blueberry in breakfast. Loundary is good. Good base to explore Silver falls.

Shower heads could be better, some rooms have real low toilets.
Staff, staff, staff, AC, Room size, Big Flat Screen, great breakfast, early check-in at no extra cost, no late check-out fees upon request, I stay frequently and they always consider my requests and are consistent every stay, confident choice!

The room was a bit cramped for 4 of us. We played board games in the evening, but there wasn't a good table to sit at.
We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good. Location was great as we didn't need to go far for meals. Our objective in the stay was to go to the Enchanted Forest and this location was excellent for that.

Nothing was anything but wonderful.
The property was very attractive, perfectly clean. From the front door and lobby we were charmed. Every member of the staff was very kind and helpful. Our bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with so many choices: hot oatmeal with six toppings, waffles, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, ham, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, berries, juices, coffee hot chocolate, tea, Danish pastries, toast, fresh fruit, and more. There is an indoor pool and gym. All just wonderful.

Located walking distance Trader Joe’s and a number of restaurants and takeout places. Clean everywhere. Welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast included. Far enough away from the interstate that you don’t hear the traffic all night. Windows in the rooms, that actually open. The price.

If you are sensitive to fragrances, you may want to reconsider staying here. We think the carpeting was dusted with some sort of deodorizer. It was overpowering and lingered well after our stay.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional.

The hotel is so clean! It smells clean, it feels clean. After driving from Kentucky to Oregon, this was a refreshing surprise. I highly recommend and will be staying here again when we are back in Oregon.

everything was awesome
We thought the hotel was extremely clean. the staff was professional and friendly. the free breakfast was awesome in particular enjoyed the fresh blueberries and plain yogurt. we will stay there again.

Easy location, easy check in. I arrived late and was pleased to see someone there for check in. Also, they had a comprehensive list of restaurants close by and also recommended DoorDash since it was late. That is what I did. Met the driver in the lobby within 20 minutes. Also, their breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. Would definitely stay here again.

soap and shampoo dispensers are too slow. You have to press multiple times to get enough amount you need for washing
