The only thing that it bothered me was the price of the parking. I drove my car to SF from OC but I ended up parking at the other facility because of the price of the hotel owned parking lot. The hotel parking was 74 dollars but I spent elsewhere for 46dollars overnight. Since I stayed at the hotel the parking should be lower than other facility. That was only thing it bothered.

This hotel was very pretty itself and the staffs are very kind and professional. The room was perfect for me and my son and we enjoyed a lot. the Breakfast was also great not only tasting but also very healthy.

I wasn’t a fan of the location. There is no parking and you almost have to use ballet which I was not accounting for in my expenses but was in a hurry when I checked in so I paid for overnight which I want to say was $75 if I’m not mistaken.

I loved how clean the property was. Also it has this old vintage feel that I thought made the place so homie and just perfect for a little “me time” which was essentially what my trip was for. I only stayed the night but definitely plan to go again!

Sweet European style hotel right next to sister hotel the White Swan. Lovely breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese at the White Swan. Neighborhood was ok. Walkable to many desirable locations.

The hallway outside the room was a bit draughty but didn't affect us. The location was slightly out of the most touristy areas but a short walk to them.

A lovely, classic hotel with character. While some people might feel this hotel is slightly dated we found it to be wonderful with lots of character, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. A very warm welcome on arrival, I believe the host was called Louis, and the valet was easy to sort out. The room was very beautiful with a working gas fire which made it very cosy. Everything worked as it should, a clean bathroom with nice amenities. The breakfast had delicious coffee, a selection of tasty pastries, cereals and toast. I would happily stay here again.

Nothing - it was a perfect start to our trip

Lovely little hotel - much better than the Hampton we stayed in on our return to SF. Charming room, which was extremely comfortable. Super breakfast too, though this is taken in the building next door. Location is good for Union Square.

It would’ve been more convenient to have a stand or furniture to open my suitcase on, and the curtains felt a bit too thin — I wasn’t sure how much people outside could see in.

I didn’t realize the room would be on the ground floor, so I was a bit surprised and not too thrilled at first. But the room was in good shape overall, and I liked the retro feel — it had charm. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. I even left a piece of clothing behind after checkout, and when I called, they found it and kept it safe for me — I really appreciated that.

The location was spectacular. Close to points of interest and public transportation. Beautiful rooms with old European charm, comfortable beds and nice en-suite bathrooms. Initial rooms were very small, not close together like we requested and were noisy, but management immediately addressed our concerns and adjusted our rooms. Highly recommended.

Friendly and supportive staff, the room with the fireplace was very nice, cute and kind of old style atmosphere 👍 The Union square is 5-7 min away, with nice shopping places.

As the hotel was built in 1910, you can hear creaking when others walk above you or in the hall and some young people were playing their music in the room above us very loudly . . . had to call the front desk to ask them chill!

Staff was fantastic. Hotel was beautifully decorated in times past. Breakfast was delicious, in their sister hotel, The White Swan, next door.
