Pricey, not as updated as we thought, the rooms could use a rug and an update. And the walls are very thin. Screaming children.

I was awoken in the morning by a very SCREAMING BABY that should have been placed in a room far away from adult guests. Might I suggest...another wing?

The hotel, decor, design, comforts and look and feel were charming. Breakfast menu, was superior. Free Mimosas, amazing!!! Robes and Slippers, Beds, COMFY! Towels, actually soft and not scratchy! Parking, Great! especially for my luxury rental car - very safe and secure parking. Wine tasting card with the invites to wineries, really excellent! The staff was friendly and accommodating, in the best way. Not lukewarm, genuine and authentically warm folks. LOVE. Plan to make my SFO to LAX stops here now. No more SLO hotels, that's done.

I would have given 10/10 if we didn’t have an issue with the air conditioner in the room. But staff found us a different room promptly.

Awesome hotel. Good location. Very quiet and relaxing. Decor/interior design was thoughtfully put together. Food in restaurant was also very good! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again when we return.

A little on the pricy side mainly due to the weekend.

Friendly staff eager to help you do tasks from unloading luggage to refilling your water bottle. Room was spacious, quiet and facing away from the main street. Room had a nice view of some buildings across. Comfy bed.

For my preference, I like a medium to hard bed; the beds are extra deluxe soft and are perfect for those who prefer that form of bed.

The Landsby offers guests incredible views of Solvang, a caring & attentive staff, delicious food & drink and areas to rest on the premises.

The room was really nice but a set of ear plugs were provided because you can hear people in hallways. Seems the walls are very thin. But the noise level at night was very minimal. However, if you do sleep in you will hear staff or people walking in the hallway outside your door.

The location is excellent close to restaurants and shops. The front desk staff were friendly and parking was easy. The front lobby was cozy and welcoming. The bar and restaurant downstairs was really nice with happy hour specials. The courtyard had comfortable chairs and fire pits.

We stayed in a room on the first floor, on the west side of the property. It was not in the main building. It was a dark room with not much natural light coming in from the outside. Next time, we'll stay in an upper room with a balcony.

The hotel was in a central location. We enjoyed the Happy Hour in the Restaurant. All other restaurants and wine tasting rooms were nearby so we just walked.

There was no grab bars in the shower but we were told that there were plans to install them. A few hooks on the bathroom wall for hanging up towels would have reduced the need for fresh towels every day if staying for more than one night. And there didn’t seem to be a way to raise the sink stopper, although eventually the standing water did drain out.

It was clean and beautifully decorated The rooms were spacious and beds.very comfortable. We had dinner at the bar one evening and breakfast in the dining room the next morning and the food was delicious. The hotel was located within an area of restaurants and shops. Parking was provided in a small lot behind the hotel and also underground with easy access to the hotel.

It was beyond relaxing. The courtyard itself was beyond beautiful. We walked the whole town as everything was near the hotel. Eveything was perfect.
