Most unhygienic hotel pool and hot tub ever encountered. Cloudy water, items floating in it, dirt and deposits on edges, no hint of chlorine.

Beds weren't the most comfortable.

Rooms were much bigger then expected! Pool isn't heated but it is inside. Hot tub/jacuzzi felt great! Great breakfast selection with plenty of seating!

All IHG hotels are basically the same with the way breakfast is set up. Couldn't find the butter. It was frozen and couldn't spread. Eggs were burnt and dry and under cooked sausage. Basically the breakfast wasn't like other IHGs.

It’s a nice hotel the breakfast was very delicious only thing is the hot tub wasn’t working and the sanitation of the pool was a little questionable and they could possibly shampoo the chairs on the room but everything else was excellent!

That the cable was off or something wrong with the tv. I had to unhook the cable myself to see if it reset and come back on which it finally did. I was not happy with that at all, still think we should have gotten a discount of some kind for this.

Not as clea in the dining area, halls, and front area. . Mold on the shower walls, not very welcoming front desk person, room seemed worn and dated.

There was a very unpleasant odor in the room we stayed in. We opened the windows. Helped temporarily. I finally got some Fabreeze and sprayed the carpet. That helped a lot. The other rooms were OK.

The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at any hotel we have stayed in. The breakfast room was clean and was kept that way! The whole facility was very good, except our room!

The front desk clerk wasn't very friendly or helpful. She appeared to be paying more attention to her phone while sitting in a corner out of view of a guest approaching the front desk. Didn't even tell me where the elevator was, I had to ask.

The hotel was quiet. Our room had a very nice view. The room was clean and well maintained.

There were 4 things that could use improvements. The t.v. kept shutting off. The shower head had either a mist or soak setting. The towels were small and thin. The bed pillows were OK, not the most comfortable.

The hotel and room were more modern and clean. The continental breakfast was very good. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

I dislike the mini refrigerator door opening in the opposite direction as the door of the cabinet it is hidden in. It makes use of the fridge awkward, even difficult.

Clean, well maintained, quiet. The a.c./heat unit functioned quietly & efficiently. Bathroom was well organized and the plumbing worked as it was designed to do, including draining quickly, which hasn’t been the case in several of the properties we have been at recently . Well run breakfast room! Good food & coffee!
