We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesLocation is superb, as it is right on the beach! Pelican Isle is not too big or too small. Great pool and hot tub in case the surf to too high. There is a shower to wash the sand off before you go to your room. Beach chairs and umbrella are set up at first light and are included in your your charge. Entire facility is super clean and the staff are over the top friendly, professional and helpful. Maria at the front desk is one of the nicest people we have ever met.

United StatesSome of the appliances in the unit could use upgrade. Stovetop burners have seen better days. The skillets and pans could stand an upgrade. The fridge worked great, but $20.00 if appliance paint would do WONDERS for some surface rust. We cooked very little, but did enjoy breakfast in the unit.
Wonderful view. Although the building has some age, it is well maintained and clean. The pool and hot tub, as well as the seating area, maintained and kept clean. The lobby is tidy and staff very helpful. Washer and dryer in the unit was a great convenience.

United StatesThe pull out sofa definitely needs to be replaced, and the king sized mattress was bumpy, could also need a replacement. The elevator was down several times during our stay including the check out day , when we had to walk down four flights of stairs with all luggage and no offered help.
Loved the view from the room and the pool and hot tub. Everything I needed in the kitchen was there so that was great. Ice maker was good too.
