The coffee maker. We bought one when we got home. The recycling & green products! The bidet!!!!

The property was very close to the airport, roughly 20 minutes and is about 10 minutes drive to downtown Austin. The property was very quiet and the neighborhood felt safe to me. It's about 5 minutes from an HEB grocery and a quick walk to a nearby market. There is every amenity inside the property that I needed. Very comfortable bed. All the possibly needed heaters or fans/AC units. There was a nice Dyson hair dryer, the little office is nice but I didn't use it. There's LOTS of windows which let in great natural light. They have a coffee maker and coffee, cream and sweetener. The kitchen is the perfect size for really just one person at a time but would work if there was a need to cook a meal. There's some cute cats that enjoy the yard too, thought, they seem to prefer to keep to themselves. Overall is was a really nice stay and I would stay again.

Hosts were amazing! The place was easy to find and very nice and quiet while still being within walking distance of most places. Extremely nice place and easy instruction on check in and out. Hosts were extremely nice and offered help wherever they could! Fantastic place! 10/10 would stay again.

For my purpose (a meeting at the UTA in the corner of the campus) it was an excellent location. Each morning an easy, short, and pleasant walk. In the evening good internet to work.

This was very convenient for us since I had a conference at the ATT center. Peaceful neighborhood and pleasant surroundings. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was well stocked which made it very comfortable. The location is really nice and quiet which makes for a great night's sleep. The fact this place is run entirely on solar is really cool also.

The photos on booking.com are deceptive as the place looked larger than what it was. The oven was not clean (Really quite dirty) and the TV remote did not work well.

Beyond awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was lovely overall - helpful hosts, clean cozy and comfortable - but where it really shines is all the details. high end bed and pillows. little information placards all over. all needed items provided, incl well stocked kitchen. a Japanese-style toilet! the location, while a bit outside of downtown, works well for me because it's close to a bus stop that goes both to downtown and the nearby grocery store.

Pecan tree house was perfect for us. We had everything we needed. Check in was easy and Andrew sent lots of useful tourists info.

This was an over-the-garage apartment that was very cute and well-stocked. The bed was comfy and it was overall very nice and quiet. The host had many helpful recommendations. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the neighborhood but it is about 3 miles to downtown Austin. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The bathroom is teeny-tiny, although I used the attached office space as overflow and that worked pretty well. The TVs were a little wonky to use.

I could write a huge long report, but that would be too much. I was looking for a home for a 4-week stay at UT and I found it. The apartment is designed with love, perfectly equipped, has a great location in the green but still in the center of the city and the owners are awesome. So I felt at home from the first second and would have loved to stay longer. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

It's like staying in my own home, place is very cozy and convenient. And the host is really helpful.

Everything it was excellent.

The place was lovely, clean and very functional. The host also left for us a lot of little nice things like tea, coffee, water in the fridge and toiletries. They also gave us great recommendations about where to eat and what to do in Austin.

Things are just setup so it is easy to find what you need while staying there.

The Pecan Tree House is the place to be. Wonderful attention from the owners. Beautiful place. It has all you need and more. Really enjoyed my stay. Would go back without a doubt.
