Both ceiling fans squeak. No lights working on stairs. Dog poop and Mountain Dew bottle by hot tub. Gutters desperately need cleaned. Couldn’t get in cabin without getting completely soaked during a rain storm. Seal around refrigerator door need glued. Maybe not stick the soap and shampoo so high in the shower - short people problems.

The property is in a great location, not far from the main strip in Pigeon Forge. This particular cabin is right next to the communal pool which is very handy. The property is lovely and we really enjoyed the hot tub.

Our stay at Parton Ways in Little Cabin Loop was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the charm and coziness of the cabin. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The surroundings were peaceful and breathtaking—exactly what we were looking for in a getaway. The location is perfect for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of daily life while still offering great accessibility to nearby attractions. Whether enjoying the outdoor scenery or cozying up inside, every moment was simply perfect. The hosts were outstanding—attentive, friendly, and always making sure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail truly made a difference, from the warm welcome to the thoughtful amenities provided. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Spacious accommodation in a secluded and quiet area. Still close enough to all the shows and attractions. Large comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Nice outdoor space too, including jacuzzi.

Location was excellent. Very clean and comfortable cabin

Had a hard time even viewing the lock the first day. Ended up using the key that was available. Used a flashlight to view. Finally figured out how to use the dead bolt after a couple of days. Main TV was loud and could not adjust the volume.

Well equipped as far as kitchen. Had a couple sets of bath towels for each person. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Cabin seemed older but was clean for an older one. Roomy for 4 people. Enjoyed the porch in mornings.

There was dog hair on the couches and I was a little itchy when we got in our bed but other than that it was a nice stay.

I liked how close we was to the playground and the pool, didn’t have to walk to far. The view from the house was beautiful.

We did choose to cook breakfast at the cabin and found that the cooking skillets and such were not in the best of shape. But that didn’t take away from the fun we had while there.

It was very nice and spacious. Loved access to the pool, and having a hot tub on site. The beds were very comfortable.

The outside trash bin is plastic and doesn’t latch properly so the raccoons continued to get into it. It needs to be replaced. It was either smell trash in the cabin to prevent the critters from tearing out trash or putting it in the outside bin and locking the hook on top for them to pop the front open and get in the trash.

The location of the cabin was perfect. Close to lots of stuff.

The return on the HVAC system was filthy and certainly needed a filter change! There were no blankets for any of the beds or the sofa bed for which one person had to sleep in his cloths the first night since it was cold. We called the number given to us for help, and upon contacting them about not having blankets, they said they would make sure we got some. We waited for 3 hrs then called the number again to see if the person was bringing them that night only to be told we would not get them until the next day around 10:30. The cleaning people should have left blankets when the unit was cleaned before our arrival. The raccoons got into the trash at 4:30 am Thursday morning and woke up all that were downstairs. We did clean up their mess before we left, but something needs to be more secure for the trash cans to go into.

The area that the house was in was a quiet location close to everything. The beds were comfortable and clean.
