United StatesThe reception area was stinking armpits!!! Please have some ventilation in that area or a candle Also, by 12 pm the access card just stopped working. We just got back to the hotel to grab our bags to leave and the card wouldn’t work. Husband had to run back to reception which was a minute walk and another building. It was inconvenient with 2 kids definitely.

United KingdomThe room itself was clean upon arrival. However, I stayed four nights, and the room was cleaned by housekeeping once the day before I left. I know they have days when certain floors are cleaned, but I'm not sure that works well for great guest experience. The room itself had some wear and tear in the ceiling. Further, the rooms were hollow so I could hear the people next door very clearly. A little too clearly! Overall, I felt safe and comfortable. I was a good experience, especially as I was on my own.

The disability room toilet had a rail on it that didn't allow me to sit properly on the seat. As well, the light electrical unit by the front door was loose and the remote wasn't working properly. The customer service rep help me change rooms but the remote was so filthy. It looked like it had never been cleaned. Very nice guy. There were mice running around outside when I went to go switch rooms. It bothered me that if you I could see them outside, most likely ylthry are inside. The breakfast was horrible. 2x I had to put a slice of bread to toast and they were burnt . I even lowered the setting the 2nd time around and it was stll burnt. First setting was on 3 and 2nd time, it was on 2. The eggs were overcooke. It had a blue colour on the outside of the yolk. It was cold. and didn't taste good. The person helping in there was on his phone non-stop. He also was eating when I went to get breakfast. I went around 8:00 and the banana nut muffins were never put while i was there, although the sign said it was there. My biggest concerns were unhealthy food choices snd food safety issues. He was putting out eggs and other items after being on his phone non-stop. Not sure if his hands were clean to be putting food out. I would not go back there.

United StatesFirstly the skinny attendant when I first checked in didn’t tell me about a security deposit. I paid for my room and when I got to my room I saw an attempt to charge my card for more money. Went to the front he said I didn’t pay my deposit and must pay of leave now. I said where is there a sign posted. He said there doesn’t need to be. I said yes there does or mentioned before I pay. He said he doesn’t have to. Either pay it or he’s throwing me out. Exact words while he’s training someone. I told him I’d pay it but show me where as bookings even said there is no deposit for this location. We argued he threatened to throw me out if I didn’t pay it. Then pulls someone’s bill saying see this is where it is stated. I said that’s not a sign. Then he said you see you signed this what does it say. And the words are exact the facility MAY charge you. And I explained may charge you at check in means may or may not. You don’t charge me at check in and it say you have to tell me. Plus sir the dollar amount on this paper is 75.00 which makes this part null and void. Try again. He was arrogant and rude. All he had to say was I made mistake and for got to charge. Threatening to throw someone out for his mistake is absurd. Clean crew ok. One guy alone rude. Couple cleaning very nice. Woman at front desk ok needs to be friendly very stand off mosh. Trainee awesome guy very friend and nice. Kitchen guy very friendly and nice. Left as it turned into a 130 a night charge and it’s definitely not a 130 a night place plus a 50.00 deposit every time you book/extend. Yes if you extend they charge you another 50 deposit. It’s a c/b- place more of a 65-75 dollar a night place. Nothing special. Ramada name means nothing. It’s the place that does its just a franchise name. What a place does with it makes it worth it and it’s not worth more than 65/75 a night with NO deposit place.

United KingdomThe room smelled like a smoker had used it previously, even though it was supposed to be non smoking. The Aircon was loud so we switched it off. Only 1 shampoo for a family of 3 to share. Glad I had my own. No shower gel. 2 soaps and 2 hair conditioners. The toilet seat was loose.
I liked that the breakfast was vegetarian continental option. There was a gluten free cereal. The ice machine was good. Beds were comfortable for the night. Rooms were spacious and plenty of plug sockets.
