The hotel was a nice unexpected bright spot on our road trip.

I would say the only complaint was a lack of waitresses for the restaurant /bar upstairs.

The property itself was beautiful. Our room was very well fitted out and comfortable and we really enjoyed it roof top bar.The food was really good.

No table in room for doing work. Has premade bags of ice instead of ice machine. The ice freezes into a solid clump that doesn't fit into the ice bucket. Breakfast was well done but some items a little cold or tasteless. Not a very nice neighborhood or view. Lots of traffic noise from the freeway. Hot tub not working.

Nice decor, cozy room, rooftop lounge with bespoke cocktails. Nice staff.. Patio for relaxing. 24 hour coffee station. Breakfast included.

Just a suggestion on the hot breakfast, which is great but having the same after three days in a row will be nice to have something different.

Pet friendly, friendly staff, cleanliness and the architecture of the building is breathtaking history.

There is nothing not to like! I could have used an EV car charger, the nearest Tesla Supercharger is not nice or convenient...

Very nice and unique room with high ceilings etc. Wonderful rooftop lounge with a great sunset view.

The Jacuzzi was closed, which is one of the main reasons I booked the room. I'd recommend calling the property first, to ensure that amenity is available. There was also an issue with my TV, as it was not allowing me to select a channel, but it was such a minor issue it didn't affect my stay.

Check-in was simple, and the staff was such a joy to interact with. The same applies to the Apothecary Lounge on the rooftop, as everything and everyone there was absolutely phenomenal! Quinn did an incredible job with recommendations and he's a superb mixologist. The room was amazing and had a great view. All the amenities in the room met all my expectations, especially the bed as it was super comfy. The products for hygiene and care were also top notch!

Their beds are small. They told us that the room we stayed in had two queen beds. They were full size beds at best.

I always like the quietness of the place. The rooms are great but can be small at times.

It is rare to find a hotel that has Character and history. It was built in 1926 as a hospital for the railroad employees. It was recently remodeled, and thus has amenities found in new hotels. We loved the grounds, the. Landscape and proximity to downtown. The bar has an outdoor roof area, beautiful views, and great drinks.

The breakfast bar didn't have a great selection. It was a nice setting but the food was a small selection. I was hoping for eggs bacon hash browns etc.. or anything that could be expected as a hot breakfast. There was only a small egg like muffin and a pastry with fruits.

The hotel is near downtown and easy access from I-25. The staff are friendly and I appreciate that the first floor needs a card key to access the hallway to the rooms located on the first floor.

    Pillows were rock-hard

As close to a 2MM mile flier, I’ve stayed in MANY close-to-the-airport hotels. This place was surprisingly charming. Everyone was quite friendly. Nice roof-top bar, which seemed like a local date-night spot, but un-rowdy crowd. Outdoor areas you might actually want to sit in - which I did after a three hour drive. Good blackout shades. Better than average furnishings & towels were soft. “Included breakfast”, which I usually skip, was a nice buffet with fresh fruit & actually pretty good coffee.

Overall staff was terrible except housekeeping. Front desk check in was not friendly just efficient, very odd! Bar tender was rude. Arrived ten minutes before happy hour and he wouldn’t let us pass thru the bar to go outside to see balcony view. He just shouted happy hour has not started yet. Not believing we just couldn’t take in rooftop view while we waited the ten minutes he shouted again. So we left. When we returned the hostess seemed lost and acted like I don’t know what to do. Our waitress was rather cold. Not a pleasant experience for such a wonderful location and in my opinion totally uncalled for! We would have just hung out on balcony not expecting to be served. Had one drink and left, the place was empty BTW maybe 6 tables occupied. Then to add insult to injury as we waited for happy hour to start we sat in lobby where the music, great Frank Sinatra music, was so loud we could not have a pleasant conversation. I went to front desk and asked if music could be lowered and was told NO.

Great old building really comfortable bed, good bathroom and amenities! Wonderful breakfast!! Housekeeping was very sweet.

We just stayed here for one night before picking up an RV for a NM tour. We loved the hotel and its history. The room was nice and I actually loved the minimalistic decor. The rooftop bar is amazing. Nice views and good drinks. And eventhough it says Continental Breakfast, it's more than that. We'll stay there another night at the end of our trip.
