This hotel is absolutely fab ! The villas are just perfect for families and couples . There is everything you need . The units are refurbished to a very high standard, the staff are amazing !

No instructions anywhere - couldn’t figure out the hot water till the 2nd day. (We were too tired to ask on the 1st) AC unit &/or water heater were loud in the 2nd bedroom.

As we did not see any elevators we asked for ground floor so no problem for us,

We got to checkin a bit to early and the staff managed to give us a room despite that which was great. The room included all that we needed and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked also well which is needed when it is 35C outside,

I wish the Bar at the pool would stay open longer at least until 8 or 9 pm. More ppl tend to come to the pool later in the day once the sun goes down.

Everything was great, the staff, the location, the cleaness, the communication, the amenities, everything was great, no complaints at all. It's definitely a nice place to stay my family and I felt right at home. We will be back.

Very spacious and clean rooms. Well maintained pool area. Friendly staff. Located close to shopping, dining and Disney yet in a quiet area away from traffic. We will definitely be back.

All the above!! Upon arrival since our first time there, didn't realize there was no elevators and my husband can't walk or stand a long time, let alone go up any stairs. We were accommodated with an accessible room, which was what we needed. Will be! Thank you, Kathy Richmond

This resort has some ridiculous policies about splitting the resort fee onto a different credit card. Also, one of the staff members was rude to my wife when she attempted to check in. My wife works for a major resort for Hershey, and we know that every resort you go to has different procedures and policies. When she asked about several of those, she was talked to condescendingly. She was pretty upset about the interaction and it definitely left a negative impact on the stay. Additionally, staff then tried to sell us a timeshare there. Well, if staff members are not polite, accommodating, or friendly to guests, why would they purchase a timeshare? Additionally, the fire alarm went off at 3 o’clock in the morning, and that was never addressed. It wasn’t just our unit, it was the entire line of units.

The property was very clean, the pool was very nice. Tiki bar by the pool was a nice touch, as is the grilling area by the pool and the sand volleyball court. Compliments to the female security officer who was wonderful.

Only thing really was the parking permit was in a different area than check in and was asked about going see a time share…I think that’s what it was. But they weren’t super pushy.

We loved the location! Close to Disney! Can’t comment on the pool but the room was huge. Ac only went to 70 degrees but it was cold. Couldn’t get the fan in the bedroom to work. Bathrooms were nice. Plenty of space for a family of 4. People at the front desk were super nice. Everything was clean.
