A faint scent of mildew hung in the air.

I really appreciated the fantastic location. The staff was very accommodating, and I found the room to be cleaned.

view was great, location was good. room was nice as well. Needed more attentive staff especially at the breakfast. Items were not refilled timely while the staff member was sitting in the back room on his phone the whole time we were at breakfast for two consecutive days.

A/C never really dried the air. Was stuffy feeling even with a/c on cool. Mildew around a/c unit. Found a live bug in bathtub.

Great location with balcony overlooking River with comfy Adirondack chairs. Great to have fridge and microwave. Walking distance to mountain coaster and mini golf. Good parking. Very good free breakfast.

The heavy traffic made it hard to sleep. That's the only downfall!

Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the river water running and the view was amazing. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the customer service was excellent.

There was nothing bad in particular it was just decent.

Amazing view of the river, plenty of parking. I would say very good value for money. We only stayed for one night, I think it is ideal for that but not sure I would want to stay for more than a couple of nights.

The street noise wasn’t great and the bed squeaked every time you moved .? Parking wasn’t great as we had to park below the hotel and at our own risk . Wasn’t a fan that my car was at my own risk since parking was extremely limited .

In my room the light above the tv didn’t work, there were Cobb webs around the room, all bottle holder for the lotion, shampoo,conditioner, and body wash don’t look like the tops had been wiped off in a long time. The toilet bowl was very dirty where the toilet caps were and the caps were missing. The ac unit was very loud. The parking structure for bottom floor was awful it rained serval times while we were there and water drains would just pour out of the middle of parking garage. On Saturday night I took a fall in the parking garage by the steps where green moss had covered the ground and lots of rain. I would suggest cleaning it before you get sued.

Every room has a beautiful view of the river. The rooms were clean, exceptional staff who were friendly, efficient, and attentive. Good breakfast with a pleasant atmosphere.

The balcony overlooking the river was magical. Bought take-out dinner to go back to the room and eat on that balcony. Much better than the crowds in town! It's on a main road in/out of town, but still quiet enough to sleep. And although it's on the edge of town, it's just a few minutes walk to be right in the heart of the action.

the number of unsupervised kids running around all the time and even at midnight we had difficulty sleeping because of it one night

Wasn't crazy about the pool. Seemed like the room was heated not the pool. But the fire pit and pool furniture were nice

We didn't realize we'd be hearing traffic outside our room after midnight.

We enjoyed the view from our balcony. Staff were kind and responsive. We wish we had time to enjoy the pool and firepit, but we were constantly on the go enjoying Gatlinburg!
