The bedroom in the suite was pretty warm with poor air circulation, and the sheets were pilly so a little uncomfortable.

Parking right by your room could be limited; they said that they have an overflow lot just in case. The rooms are a bit dated, but that's reflected in the price/is reasonable given the value.

The value for the location is excellent. The immediate area feels safe and is close/walkable to many downtown attractions. The staff is great, our room was clean, and the amenities are great for the price (microwave and fridge, etc). They have free parking and a nearby bus stop, so public transportation is accessible if you want to stay parked and explore the city that way.

Great place, great location with free parking. We were upgraded to a suite with a kitchen. Room came with oatmeal, juice and coffee. Even cookies in the lobby!

Our room was across the road from the main part of the hotel so it was like a second cousin, we would have preferred to be in the main section to get easier access to facilities. The parking was very tight especially with all the huge Chevy pickups around.

The room was basic, but clean and comfortable with a much needed powerful air conditioner. The location was close to Washington Park, but there seemed to be a few seedy looking people nearby.

Very friendly staff. Location was excellent safe and near downtown . So close to Washington park amazing. Close to food.close to both east and west sightseeing. Absolutely convenient. Tight and limited parking , small rooms noisy bathroom exhaust fans and air conditioning .

While parking spaces are limited, and can be tight, we were lucky enough to find a spot. Hotel does it's best to provide as many parking spots as possible and we appreciated that.

Nice and clean! Stayed in a King bed suite for two nights last week. Excellent location. Walking distance to the restaurants, downtown, and the park. Kitchen is equipped with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. There is overflow parking spaces as well. The only problem is that there is no view but walls as I got a room on the second floor in the side building.

The two queen bedroom in the second building is compact. Parking can be tight with no walkway without a curb obstruction. No elevator to the second floor making lugging luggage a strain.

Welcoming and helpful front desk staff. Very clean hotel and room. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Nice to - go complimentary breakfast. Beautiful city view at night from the second building across from the main building.

Amazing location, a few steps from downtown in a actually nice neighborhood. Amazing staff. Free parking (if its full around the corner). Great value in comparison to other hotels in the area.

Location is near Washington Park with a zoo and the Hoyt Arboterum with its free shuttle. Great for walkers and hikers! Powell's Book is very close, and can be reached with a bus. The tram comes close to the soccer/football stadium, but the walk up the hill is only for the more active among us if you have a lot of suitcases.

Some upgrades to help with accessibility are needed, especially to the units located across the street (where we were). Don't know about other units, but ours didn't have grab bars in the shower. Seems that should be a given for safety.

Great location for our needs. Wonderful restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Staff always pleasant.

Booked for 5 people but was not provided with any extra blankets for the sofa bed. Luckily we had a blanket in the car to use. There was also hair on the bathroom floor from the previous guests. The bedrooms had no air-conditioning and I couldn't open the windows because our windows were right beside the garbage dump.
