Very long lines in the market. More cashiers would be very helpful given how large the hotel is and how many guests there are

Adult Pool was full of drunk adults and extremely loud. Shower and bath in rooms were very small. Room seemed old in general.

It is a very child friendly resort and so quite lively with lots of little ones running around. Doesn’t mean we didn’t like it but may be relevant if you are looking for somewhere more peaceful.

It’s a great hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Went with 2 teenage boys (late teens). They are keen golfers and loved the course. Also meant we had use of the adult pool which was peaceful.

The hotel is stunning, boasting impressive and tasteful decor. Every staff member wears a welcoming smile, and I was pleasantly surprised when the doorman remembered my name. I left a lasting impression when I quickly went out to buy a leash for my dog, showcasing their attentive service. The restaurant offers exquisite and delicious food, especially the wood-smoked grilled steak! The inclusive breakfast is rich, and the omelette is exceptionally tasty. I find it perplexing that some people describe the breakfast as average – what more could you ask for?

Excellent hotel, excellent service and great food. We feel like this hotel is our « home away from home ». We can only state how fantastic our time with the Park Hyatt Aviara is and has been several times now.

Husband didn’t like drinks by the pool on each of our stays.

Staff was above and beyond amazing. Facility is gorgeous, spacious and pleasing to the eyes. We always enjoy the food at waters edge, ponto lago and ember ant rye. I wasn’t thrilled with the fish and chips at pacific point. But husband loved the buns and the kids enjoyed their food

We were there for a conference, yet our room was on the absolute opposite side of the conference room. It would've been nice if we didn't have a room ultra far from where we needed to be each day and walk MILES to get to our meeting (which also happens to be on the extreme far end of the resort.) That was so messed up.

Lack of handicap access anywhere! Heavy doors, no handicap, push buttons, long distances to travel to the elevator over padded carpet – which is a very difficult for a handicap person to navigate alone. Even in the handicap room, the door was too heavy for a wheelchair, bound person to open it and, the edge of the door to roll out to the patio a sharp one and a half inch piece of metal to roll over, it would have to be backwards I guess then from the patio to the path or steppingstones too small for Wheelchair to navigate

The room we were staying in had a leak and it took a few calls to get a new room in a similar location. The leak was a hazard to our kids as there was a mini puddle at the entrance of the room. Overall, I would have expected the property management to be a bit more concerned and compensate us a bit on this.

Breakfast was good - pretty standard but they charge $20 per kid which is super expensive give no 2 year old is eating $20 worth of food.

The pool area. There were so many people with screaming kids using a day pass (that weren't even probably staying at the hotel) Hundreds of them!! It was horribly crowded. They looked like they had come from over the Mexico border. Evening team, they restaurant was shabbily crowded too.

Aviara market was the best thing; the menu and items available to buy. Lovely shop / food place
