No wifi, small, dated rooms . Institution style bathroom. Musty smell. No insulation between rooms. I had a snorer next door. Kept me awake all night.

Floors and walls very dirty. Shower cubicle and sink not fixed properly. Air conditioning noisy. Just an old and tired place. Didn’t appreciate being charged $10 by booking.com for a person who didn’t exist.

Cabin was cute, however very dirty. Floors and walls were dirty, cob webs. Spent the first 30 minutes cleaning. Dead bugs and mouse poop on the bottom of toilet, disgusting bathroom walls. Had to disinfect the bathroom before use and also mopped the floors. Staff was friendly, however had to pay an additional $40 when we got there. It would have been a cute place if it was cleaned and kept up with better. Only 1 light worked in the room. Also had to clean the fridge out. Beds were so hard and uncomfortable we debated finding someplace else on our second night. The hot water had a horrible smell to it.

The motel is now a state approved drop off sight for ex-cons. The quality of the individuals present was not confidence inspiring. The plywood covering the windows was not confidence inspiring nor attractive. The owner/manager left a key for me.....and it was for another persons room. I opened the door and their were cats on the bed! If there were a woman living there and if I were a bad guy that could have been incredibly dangerous. Or if it were a guy with a carry permit and I walked in.....The 2nd room he offered me was one of the rooms in the really cheap part of the hotel, right next to where the ex prisoners were living. I paid for a cabin, almost twice the cost. When I pointed this out the owner said "oh, you have been here before". He either does not know how to run a business or he was trying to scam me. And of course I end up in a cabin, with the family from HE double toothpicks next door, fighting, swearing, kids screaming...till 2:00am. Never again!

The bed and pillow were decent. The Chez Pierre restaurant, 1200' away, is excellent, and the reason I stayed at Paradise Resort.

The place was extremely dirty. Bugs in the room definitely mouse droppings. The beds were definitely suspect of being dirty thank god I had my own bedding to put down which I threw out. There was graffiti all over the room from years ago lol I don’t know Ive never seen a place like this to be honest. Front desk people were nice but it’s obvious management does not care about cleanliness. Only stayed one night for a concert in Saratoga Springs. And I left at first light and took a 3 hour steaming hot shower once I got home.

Well it was not clean. It smelled like musty mildew. I wouldn’t use that air conditioner in a closet with the vent out I don’t know where. We had to sit sideways to go on the toilet. And cob webs were in the shower.

The rooms could be bigger and the beds more comfortable and it would be nice if there was some kind of food or deliver of food offered as a suggestion. Snack machines would be good and if they had them I was never told about them.

The price is more at check in expect to pay an additional $40. The area is quiet and close to Saratoga springs. And close to lake George. The rooms are small so ask for largest rooms or get 2 rooms. They have nice benches outside the rooms and it’s nice. Super quiet area

The bedsheets had dirt and hair attached to them like they had never been changed. The shower floor was a disgusting outdated concrete slab. The Wi-Fi did not work even with the five different Wi-Fi that they offer. The TV was on and off because the Wi-Fi was so bad. We were woken up at 12:30 at night by the police banging on our door looking for somebody in the hotel instead of going to the reception desk and finding out what room they were in. We were awake for an hour because of this. They were pounding on every door.

The room was not swept. There was pretzels or something near the wall and bed. The bathroom had a dirty soap stuck in the shower. The floors in bathroom were dirty. The neighbors were up all night making ruckus and everything. They only thing that looked clean was the beds being mad. The room had a funky smell to it like mold or something. Was not worth my money. Need better house keeping and sounds like people live there in the motel. The sign outside doesn't light up so u really have to slow to know where u going. Need Inspection or something. The smell is not good.
