For us senion ladies, instructions on how the use the tv remotes. Small things needing attention: ex toaster was broke, electircal plug in upstairs bedroom not wkg. Nothing major we could not live without.

Very old and outdated. Hot tub jets didn’t work good. The downstairs was freezing cold and there was no thermostat to change it. There was trash under one of the beds when we were looking for a live cockroach that got away and a dead one in the night stand drawer. Staff didn’t do anything to compensate for the problem just offered to come clean as if that was gonna get rid of the cockroaches.

Good location, very close to everything. Was a good size for our group.

Upon arrival gaining access was crazy. 15-20 mins to get into the cabin using the code... after leaving to make a trip to the store we no longer had access with the code. NO WORRIES we called management and was able to get the key from the lock box. Upon bathing after the pool within the 1st 4 hours we found on the main floor restroom a molded shower curtain. I made a call it was changed the same day. THANKS but I'm mad b/c I called ahead and expressed my concerns from the previous reviews. I asked to PLEASE make sure the home was cleaned. Popcorn from the previous ppl or clean up crew on the couch and floor upon arrival. Couches were not comfortable TO ME why not purchase a new set every 2 yrs at least. It was very WORN the pillows sunk in. I hated the fact that they were dark I need to see bugs if they are there!!! Anyway moving on ... we arrived on a Monday departed on Friday we didn't have access to wifi until Thursday evening. Oh that was a issue having to use our own hotspots.. ehh it worked out but dang!! So Monday evening we wanted to get comfortable you know sometimes you have to wipe things down upon arrival... baby the floors hadn't been moped in what looked like over a year. Swept yeah, but look some clorox wipes had the floor a WHOLE DIFFERENT SHADE 5xs lighter. Then the dishwasher lord the water just sat in it. A weeks worth of funky dirty dish water. We had to hand wash the dishes which was like ugh this is not a vacation... they need to install a light in the hot tub area that was a struggle at night, but wasn't the worse thing. Basement outside light was out. The hot tub water overflowed to the patio below but it seems like the hot tubs in the other homes did the same so okay cool.

The location was great very close to the strip where majority of the activities, food, and stores are. Very easy to make contact with the property manager(s). The pool was nice not crowded at all maybe it was a slow time but not really!! Beds were comfy I appreciated the fact that they had the mattress covers on b/c I surely looked for bedbugs... you'll be glad to know we saw NONE... the home looks exactly like the pictures and it has enough room to fit the entire family comfortably ...EXCEPT... see my dislikes for further details!!! FYI TBH I thought it was just a good deal from the site I found it on BUT guys idk I guess you get what you pay for. 5 days 4 nights less than $1500 well sometimes you just gotta SPEND MORE for your comfort and sanity!!! We made due thou!!

The dishwasher, stove, and washing machine needs upgrades. The dishwasher leaked, the stove half worked and the washing machine I thought was going to fall apart. The hot tub leaked and they have a critter problem in the attic and raccoons constantly got in your trash every nights the cabin is over priced and it needs upgrades and remodeled.

This cabin was ate up with bed bugs, we had to call the first night we were there and they finally contacted us back the next day, they sent in someone to inspect the cabin and upon inspection they found that it was literally infested with bed bugs, we have plenty of videos and pics of them crawling around everywhere!!! They told us that they couldn’t put us up anywhere else but that they would give us a total refund and it would be refunded back in about 7 business days. We did receive the refund for the cabin but lost money for things we had booked to do, it totally ruined our vacation as we were traveling with our kids and grandbabies! We were told that they would be taking care of the bed bug problem but a week later we went back on to see if they continued to rent the cabin out and the cabin was rented back out and the review that person left was also about how bad the bed bugs are!! They absolutely know about the problem and haven’t don’t anything to take care of it and continue to rent it out!!! Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT rent this cabin!!
