Pansy's Parlor is so convenient to Downtown Golden and to the Coors factory tour. This historic property was a perfect spot for our weekend getaway. Rebecca, the owner, Is so hospitable and knowledgeable about the area and history of the property. Breakfast is delicious and the home is quiet and clean. Parking is very convenient and parking pass is provided to guests upon check-in. I will definitely return to stay again in the future.

It’s not luxurious- but we didn’t expect it to be. It’s comfortable and clean and historic with personalized service.

Pansy’s is quaint and historic. It’s so incredibly located to walk everywhere. Rebecca is a fabulous hostess. She customized breakfast daily to meet our food needs (celiac). She’s a wealth of information and fun to chat with. We needed accommodations last minute due to a change of plans and this was perfect for us going to a Red Rocks show and visiting friends nearby.

We liked most everything, but the clutter and untended garden in the private back yard was unwelcoming, where there was a table and chairs for guests to enjoy the outdoors. The processed foods present in the kitchen made us wary of eating the included breakfast.

It was located just a block from the quaint downtown district, with most restaurants, shops, and services within easy walking distance. The home was one of the first built in Golden, in 1870, so it is unique and full of antiques. The bed was very comfortable and the plumbing worked just fine. The indoors was well set up and cared for. There was a tv in each bedroom, although we did not turn them on. It was dark and quiet there for good sleep. The best thing overall was the caretakers’ personal attendance! Rebecca went above and beyond to make us at home, and was very responsive to our needs.

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding weekend and this bed and breakfast truly exceeded my expectations. The vintage accommodations were wonderfully preserved, offering a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere that made our stay memorable. However, the real highlight of our visit was our host, Rebeca. Her warm hospitality and attentive service made us feel right at home. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious, full-service breakfast that was both generous and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, it was a delightful experience that combined charming accommodations with exceptional personal service. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

I can’t think of anything I was unhappy with, about this property during my stay.

This property placed me back in time, during my stay, knowing its history before booking. I loved it. The antique furniture, the comfortable bedroom, meeting other visitors, also staying there. I was thrilled to find out how close Red Rocks Amphitheater was, my initial purpose of my 3-night stay. The homemade breakfast each morning, was excellent. The hostess was very kind and welcoming. Always willing to meet my needs.

AMAZING place! I was in town for a concert at Red Rocks and this was the perfect place nearby to stay. Not too far from Red Rocks and within walking distance from so many great places to eat, chill, and hike. Rebecca went above and beyond to make the stay extra comfortable and enjoyable! Highly recommend and will be back!

I liked how accommodating Rebecca was with my girlfriend and I's dietary requirements for breakfast. Her and I are both vegan and she knocked it out of the park in terms of a delicious breakfast that is also vegan. The town itself is quite relaxing with a nice view of the mountains. We chose this area because it was close proximity to Red Rocks and other hikes in the area. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Denver / Golden.

Extremely run down property and caretaker not on premises. Felt put out when asking for breakfast—we chose to go elsewhere. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a bnb. A Motel 6 would have been more comfortable.
