How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The WiFi was next too non-existent. In addition to the wifi password, the network ID (SSID) ought to be given. The wifi signal in my room barely registered, and frequently dropped off.

Breakfast is abundant and delicious. Staff is professional. Rooms, swimming pool and garden always clean and neat. I will return. It feels like home.

lovely pool and comfortable room Amazing breakfasts cooked to order. Breakfast area well managed and kept clean and tidy. Supermarket over the road and a Panda Express Friendly staff on reception. Rooms serviced every day Have stayed here regularly over the years and it is as good as ever

Elevator is a bit outdated
Entire staff is very hospitable. We like the location. Check in and out are easy. Breakfast is excellent. Room was clean and trash cans were lined

I used to love staying at this hotel! Unfortunately, they no longer accept cats. Since I travel with my cat most of the time and he was very accustomed to this hotel, this is the only reason I can’t stay here anymore. However, I definitely recommend it to anyone else!
This hotel is the best in the area! The location is excellent, and the rooms are always spotless. They offer a fantastic selection for breakfast, which made my stay even better!

Absolutely nothing is wrong with this place ,the location, the breakfast, the staff .Above and beyond. Can't beat the price ,surprisingly you can actually park right out side your room .The only complaint is 4 smaller size pillows on a king bed ,probably just me

We were sad the pool closed before midnight but that's unsurprising 😆
The breakfast was great, v hardworking chef & servers. Front desk were very very nice, the pool was wonderful under the stars. Our bathroom was vintage and fabulous, an unexpected bonus 🙌

Both gates at the pool kept beeping and no one could figure out how to keep it from beeping. We tried several ways.

Inside my room when I got in there, I opened the blind and it was broke when it’s open. It hung down when it’s closed. It looked real nice. I addressed it to the front desk. They said they would fix it.

The lady at the front desk on Sunday the 13yh of July at 730am
The staff was very welcoming and pretty awesome until the final morning , the female working the front counter was an out rite $&@&&#%# very rude and short and thought maybe a bad time so we came back an hour or two later and it was worse she was yelling at this elderly lady for taking to long getting her id out of her wallet , got her all frazzled and dropped her nurse and wallet and was just confused why she was be treated in such way and I just could see why this woman behind the counter could have a hub working with tourists I hospitality position , because of her I don’t think we will be returning to this locations again and I come every month now to the area so good luck BE management you got your hands full with this one .

Bad water pressure in the shower and the water wouldn't keep temperature, hot or cold.
Very clean, comfortable bed, balcony, the breakfast is on point!!! Cooked to order anything you want. Friendly staff and great location, grocery store, gas station, and lots of food across the street.

The pool closed @ 10 & I arrived @ 9:30 PM.
The staff working front desk were very friendly & respectful. I liked the 12noom checkout I liked the size of room with very comfortable king size bed. & everything was clean. Breakfast was good & there was a chef to make to orgder.I plan on staying again & will take advantage of pool/spa.
