Front desk was rude , they have signs up they don’t put in the description! Any sand found In rooms is considered damage so $250 fee? I walked into my room it had a weird smelll and it was dirty I had to go buy my own cleaning products. I was on 3rd floor Ther was something leaking when walking up and the stair don’t look so safe they were rusted and had big holes in them.

Fridge was working when we checked in but in the morning all our food got spoiled and we had to throw it away.

The condition of the room was very disappointing. The ceiling was peeling, and pieces were falling onto the bed. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor. When my wife went to take a shower, we noticed there was water trapped under the tub insert, causing a large bubble under the shower floor—definitely not a safe or comfortable experience. Despite everything, we managed to get some rest. But in the morning, we found that the "breakfast provided" was just toast—with a toaster that tripped the breaker when used. That doesn't meet the standard of what should be advertised as breakfast. Overall, these issues made our stay far below expectations.

The floors are slanted where it made the beds slant or your head was lower than your legs made sleeping very uncomfortable stay there for four nights and they never got my room cleaned breakfast was not breakfast at all just coffee and muffin they said free breakfast there was no free breakfast

The staff seemed cold, distant and not very hospitable. We asked for a couple extra pillows they refused to furish us with any and when it came to getting more towels it was as if they had to give us some from their private collection.

I loved the location, the nearby restaurants, attractions including Downtown and the beach, the location was impeccable.

At 1:30 am a staff member did not knock on my door. He used a key and walked himself into my room. When I asked him what are you doing he said someone called for spider webs in the room. Lol yeah that was a total lie. I don't know what his intentions was but I confronted the dude. Watch him go from door to door after he knew he messed up. Be careful about the staffs creep who barges into people's room.

There were dead water bugs in the room and the bathroom. Both the sink and the shower took way too long to drain. “Breakfast” was toast with spray butter and squeeze jelly and some apple juice.

For starters they advertise free breakfast which is a lie. When you go to the dining area all they have there is a few slices of bread that has been sitting out and maybe a couple bagels that have been sitting out as well. The juice machine stays out of order and there is no actual breakfast items out. The elevator doesn’t seem like it gets maintained the ice machines don’t work. Except the one on the first floor and if you want a first floor room they want you to pay more money. The room wasn’t clean when I went in there’s that bathroom shower had hair on the wall. The whole place needs to be remodeled. There were holes in the walls of the room. The light bulbs were missing from my room when i got in there. The house keepers are just teenagers that are family friends or their kids. The family I believe lives on the property in one of the rooms on the second floor. But I guess that’s what I should have expected form a place this cheap. Next time I will definitely pick a different hotel.

The only thing that I like was the fact that the bed was memory foam and was comfortable

The water wasn't hot it was cold, the tub wouldn't drain and it looked filthy. The sink was clogged. It was super hot at night, the pool was disgusting, it was just not a hotel I would recommend to anyone.

I liked the price for the most part.

It was very very dirty! Needless to say cap came out of the bed sheets. I highly feared bed bugs. Afraid to run into bad people

There's nothing really for breakfast. Pillows could be better. I need a few to be honest otherwise I sleep on my honey's chest because getting comfortable with the pillows just wasn't happening. Too much noise next to the highway though.

The beds were okay. Soft to sleep. There was a fridge and microwave so we could make food.

Staff is rude. You have to pay extra to have a fridge and microwave. The light in the room was off and when I called the front desk, staff was rude and didnt offer to switch rooms.

Beds are very comfortable. Shower had good pressure and good temperature

I didn't like that it was dirty the tub was dirty and the tv kept turning off and on or just going black. And we didn't like that the pool was dirty so we didn't get to use. And last was the breakfast no breakfast they had to pull out bread to toast

didn’t like that as soon as 11 am (checkout time) hit, a lady knocked on our door 1 time & then proceeded to unlock our door & come into our room. didn’t like that at all!!
