TV in kids room did not work. Did not like bunk beds. Rails were metal and too loud. Toilet in Queen bedroom was running, had to jiggle handle. Iron was broken.

The door code would not work until 4 pm sharp. I understand there is no early check in, but maybe 15 minutes early shouldn't be an issue. However, this is all I could possible complain about.

I love the fact that there were 3 elevators (Which I witnessed staff cleaning daily). The gated parking was very easy to access and the location was very family friendly. I will book here for years to come. I also like how the rep called on the morning off check in to verify that I had every bit of information I needed upon arrival.

Shower head was moldy and curtain had pink bacteria on it. But other than that no issues.

It was very clean, convenient to just about everything. It’s on the quieter side of Front Beach Road, which is a huge plus. The condo was fully stocked with everything you would have in your own home. Booking and checking out was so easy. Vacasa is very informative and helpful. Parking is a little tight but it’s private parking so I felt safe. It has an amazing view of the Gulf and you’re just steps away from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the condo felt like we were at home. The pool area was also very nice and so was the lobby. The staff there were also very friendly.

The condo has room for eight, but it only allows maximum of 6. We arrived 30 minutes early, the door lock code doesn’t work, contacted Vacasa for help, they told us the code will not work before check in time (4 pm). We ask if they can do anything to let us in, they said nothing they can do; we had to wait in the hot and humid hall way for 30 minutes before we can get in to the condo. Also, the registration procedure was very complicated, got so many emails from both Booking.com and Vacasa. It is additional cost for parking.

You will need to bring extra towels and wash clothes. You will need to bring your own blankets. You will need to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher soap. The first ones are complimentary. Door to patio is hard to open. Jet tub did not work.

Great beach front! Great view. Walking distance to grocery store.

The bedroom furniture could looks old. Very complicated to operate the television in the living room and the bedroom. Could not watched the tv in the bedroom because too many remote control (4). Also in the living room as well (4) remote control. The washer and dryer needs update.

Breakfast N/A I like the location, the size of the rooms and was very happy there was two bathroom. All the appliances looks new and the kitchen was very nice.

Parking was a bit tight for larger trucks, the steps to the hot tub need some soft, ground effect lighting at night. The elevator stopped abruptly on us one time, but didn't do it again. Maintenance did check it out quickly.

Comfortable, large bed, very nice amenities in the kitchen, two large TV's, with a small one w/DVD player in the bunk area, and lots of towels. The ocean view was beautiful, the pool was nicely heated, and the hot tub & gym were very nice. We had a slight problem with the main TV and maintenance showed up very quickly to fix it. All of the staff at Palazzo are super nice; very friendly. Everything in the facility was very clean and nicely maintained. Shops & Winn Dixie are within walking distance.

The jacuzzi tub in the master suite did not work. It kept tripping the breaker. I was looking forward to it. Also, the washer/dryer door kept falling when closing it using the handle. I hurt my hand trying to keep it from falling on my son.

The layout was perfect for families. Also, the location provides a quiet beach experience. It was nice to see security patrolling the property.

Beds could have been upgraded. Had lots of light bulbs out or missing. Especially in master bath. Dishwasher didn’t work the greatest. Refrigerator leaks. ( possibly from ice maker) And sink in master bathroom didn’t drain well.

Right on the beach. Beautiful views. Apartment was nice. Would for sure come back. Easy parking and check in.

Place could’ve been a little cleaner. Had some mold in showers/tub. Dishes were still dirty. We drove a tundra and it was a struggle trying to get in and out of parking garage. Very tight parking.

Good location. Well stocked. Rooms were all separated with our own bathrooms.
