We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRoom was very dirty. Food rotting in kitchen drawer. Garbage in room on floor. Shower head missing and couldn't take shower or bath. Bedding was stained and looked like it wasn't changed. Bathroom and kitchen were disgustingly dirty. No internet and television didnt work. Complained to management, nothing was done. After first day, we asked for refund of remaining 3 days of reservation, they refused! I took pictures of our room and showed the management. They still refused any refund. I am reporting this business to health department and city of Baytown offices.
