United StatesWell I was given 213 which the toilet wasn't working properly, so I called to the front desk and he gave me another room which was I think 110 or 108 which had burn spots on the bedding, the toilet BARELY flushed, people made so much noise until 4am and I didn't call back to the office to get moved because we were already tired and just wanted to rest but didn't expect to go through what we went through for $66 and wasn't too comfortable then barely got 4 or maybe 5 hours of sleep. I feel as though I should get reimbursed or room credit for a better room worth paying full price for

United StatesStaff. They are rude. They are not personable at all. They have very short tempers and quick to snap. They will gladly take your money. And not have your room. And then no refunds. They were great. Now their new staff is AWFUL. And pretty sure she is a child herself. 🙄 I booked a room online DAYS in ADVANCE... i even called and asked for a KING SMOKING. They said they confirmed it. BUT They didn't have a king room when I arrived. Not even a non smoking king room. They refuse to refund me.... The front desk lady threw my ID at me when I asked for it back. I was speaking to her boss on the phone. So guess what I did. Yup. I tossed the phone right back at her. Am I wrong? Sure. But she is even worse, in my opinion. She's the face of the company. The facilities have gone down a lot. Their rugs are shredded in almost every room. The top bed cover is almost ALWAYS dirty. They don't wash every time. They just put it back on. They have burn marks on their beds and sheets. Don't care to replace. They have dirty floors. The cleaning ladies clearly don't mop. They don't clean the walls. They always have gross stuff on them. There are always sketchy looking people hanging around outside. Sitting on the stairs blocking your way to your room. Sitting out in the parking lot just watching. It's creepy. This was a BLESSING that they didn't let me stay. However, I want my money back. Since I DIDN'T get the room, I BOOKED days in advance. AND called to.confirm it. Absolutely ridiculous.

United StatesDoor didn’t close properly. Complained but they couldn’t do anything except asking me to bang the door harder when closing. Location is too close to the oil refinery and I could smell gas in the air. Staff not particularly friendly. My room key didn’t work the first time and the staff blamed me for holding the room key card with my cell phone, and hesitantly reprogrammed the key.
