The bed was not very comfortable and you only got 2 pillows that were almost flat. The blanket seemed more like a queen than a king so when my husband rolled over he took the blanket with him. The sink/vanity area light did not work so that part of the room was not well lit at all. The air conditioner is pretty loud and kept waking up my husband as it cycled on and off all night.

The location was great. It was cheap and the room was a great size.And despite all the things I didn't like I would probably choose them again if I come back to the area because of the price, I would just be better prepared with our own pillows and blanket.

There was no sign outside saying oyo. The sign said economy Inn. our room looked nothing like any of the pictures. It was obviously a very old room. it was very hot in the room when we got there, and it had a window unit, which thank God, worked . there was no chair in our room, just some old coffee table.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

Old, broken and mismatched furniture - room was right off a very busy street - we heard traffic all night long. We also paid more for this room than we did in an nicer upscale hotel in Atlanta. Definitely not worth what we paid for it.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful.

I was extremely shocked that there was not a coffee maker inside the room. I was able to use the office coffee maker until it broke one day.

I think customers just have to understand that this is a very, very old property. No-frills. However, they treated me well and were very respectful that I had my dog travel companion.

The staff on night shift

The location was good the room was clean and comfortable, but the night staff member was rude and judgemental made us wait to check in while trying to change the price of the reservation to increase it then saying there were no rooms available for the night. He tried everything to make sure we would lose the reservation but made a call to my corporate headquarters and then things changed and a young lady handled the rest of the transaction.

The floor was not clean, also no lightbulbs in 2 of the lights. Table was very worn down. Also Windows were plastic.

Good price, good location for the national parks, bed was suprisingly good in comparison.

Very close to a busy road which we heard all night long. A bit of a shabby room, could do with decorating.

The ice machine did not work. Couldn't get the TV to work. There was a cash deposit which I didn't care for and a 3 percent addition because we used a credit card.

There was no breakfast. There was coffee. The room was clean.

Was there 4 days. No room service at all. I had to go ask for some new towels. Repairs done in bathroom are very poor. Could not stop up bathtub for a tub. Had to use a wash cloth to take a bath. Window in bathroom had a lot of air coming in. Towels very thin. Street noise during the day but was ok to sleep at night.

Great location. Right off of I75. Received a good discount from booking.com so price was very affordable. Bed was comfortable. All in all very acceptable.

The location was great ,room size was great. Nice size bed and it was very comfortable.

The rooms weren't very clean, still dirt on the ground and the bath tub was very sticky. The bath towels were dirty on arrival. Moreover the address as stated on the website and Google Maps brings you to a completely different place in Ocala, we had to refer to the pictures on the website to find out the hotel was next to a Popeyes and we figured it out from there. There's also no signs of OYO outside.

The location was sufficiently close to the Interstate and easily accessable, check in and out was also quick.
