Love staying here. Clean and friendly! The beach access is the best and parking never an issue.

Bathroom did not have much storage space, I like to unpack and there were no shelves in the bathroom to put items. Water pressure was okay and got very, very hot.

This was our second stay here and we enjoyed it. The renovated rooms were very nice. The beds were super comfy and the location is very convenient. Were stayed in a poolside room but the beach was just a short walk away. We will be booking again soon.

Quaint motel - we loved it. It was comfortable, clean and perfect location. Staff were amazing and nice. Beware if you have beachfront lower level room there is a huge step down into your room. If your arms are filled with luggage be very careful. We had a great stay.

Mostly the craftsmanship from the remodel. Horrible finish work Baseboards primer only then seams chalked and no paint over it makes the baseboards nasty looking and it’s a very simple fix. Can’t believe that they paid whoever done the work without painting and filling hole. Don’t get me wrong I would stay there again but come on people visual is as important as cleanliness

We took our boys age 7 & 10 to their first Outer Banks vacation and the room we had was perfect and BIG! We could walk right out our door straight to the beach! We were able to just put our trash and dirty towels outside and get fresh towels every day which was very convenient for us. We loved it! The staff was super nice also! We would definitely stay again!

I wish they had bigger beds. We had room 1 ground level and it had two double beds. It was a little too small for two adults in the bed. The room is spacious enough for two queen beds, or at least one queen and on double bed,

We stayed on the ground level room. When we walked out of the back door, you step on sand. You have to walk about 1 minute to get to the actual beach. This is a typical beach motel. I do not understand why others gave it a bad review. You know that when you are booking this, that it is a beach motel. So, if you are looking to stay directly on the beach and understand that it is a beach motel, you will love it!

The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. This happened the last time we stayed here. It's just a bad shower design.

Definitely MUST wear shoes on the beach. The walk from the building to the water will get VERY hot. Just Mother Nature!

There were some stains we were unsure about on the some of the towels and sheets. The room was a little smaller than I would've liked but otherwise it was very nice.

They did some work on the door locks during our stay that could have been done at another time. That was the only complaint.

It was a reasonably priced motel that could house our family of six right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the ability to fix meals in our room.

Maintenance was being done during our stay that required outside workers to have access to our room multiple times. Management was very sympathetic to the issues.

Great location that offers many activities. One of the cleanest rooms ever, not fancy but very comfortable. Staff was friendly and were great about communication. Walking straight out of the room onto the sand and beach a great plus
