The carpet in the room could've been cleaner. It was a mistake to leave a window in a bathroom open, as it's very noisy outside in the morning.

The location is fantastic! The hotel is right in the core if Monterey. The staff is helpful. The room is nice. It's nice to have a parking on site.

It was a fine place to stay. The location is the big draw. Patio with gas fireplace is nice, as long as guests keep noise down after dark.

Great location - walking distance to the aquarium, shops and restaurants. Room was clean, lovely and big to spread out. Loved the fire pit that was lit in the evening great way to chat and meet other guests. Special shout out to Carol on reception- there was the woman’s European football final on, England were in it and she helped us find which channel to watch it on. She also organised a bottle of wine to help use celebrate dads 80th birthday- so thanks Carol xx

Sliding doors into bathroom were very noisy (difficult with a sleeping newborn!) and and could hear the people walking above us.

Easy to find, good location close to everything you would want to see. Rooms were of a good size and provide a pack and play for our little one. Lovely atmosphere with the fire pits on in the evening. Safe secure garage to park the car and was able ti leave it here the next day whilst we explored

Very loud banging noise at 5am one morning when a toilet was flushed and when tried to call reception for assistance, there was no answer.

As described when I booked, the property was walking distance to everything we were going to around Cannery Row. The staff was super helpful on check-in with suggestions for things to do. The room was very clean.

Very overpriced for what you get. The room is very bright in the morning as it cannot be properly darkened. Poor sound insulation between rooms. No breakfast included.

Rooms felt a bit tired but they were updating some rooms while we were there so this fix is already in progress. Would also be good to get the electric gates fixed so they could be used for entry (rather than just exit)

Thought I booked the family two adjoining rooms on Booking.com, but when we got there we were told that we actually booked two separate rooms that were four doors down. Don’t know where the error occurred. Suggest calling the property to confirm booking in future. Plan to have $50 security deposit placed on your credit card.

2nd floor was perfect for families with young children: room for them to safely walk around in front of the rooms. We told our little grandsons that the flat rocks were dinosaur eggs (they named them). The baby monitor had reception from the fire pit area and we could see the room door easily from there.

The location was fabulous. Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was spa level nice! It was the staff that made it so special. So kind and welcoming, ready with recommendations on attractions and restaurants. Plus, we were gifted a goodie bag upon check-in with some tasty snacks. All in all, a truly lovely stay at a lovely hotel with wonderful people. Thank you!

Tv was broke when we arrived but staff made sure to switch it out. Also was unaware they charged for parking per night, but not a huge deal.

The beds and comforters were not very comfortable. The beds were hard and I wish there were down comforters. The mirror in the bathroom is too far away.

Location is amazing, and the kids really liked the fire pit. The bathrooms are also really clean and well-designed.
