The pool water was dirty, lots of weeds and trash. The room had a bad stench. At breakfast, the attendant wasn't at the desk for a long time. Seven or eight people had to just leave their keys on the desk. Certain sections of hallways also smelled bad.

The wifi signal was so bad the Roku TV would not work, so we had to use our phone hotspot all weekend to even watch TV. The free breakfast left much to be desired. There was a pancake machine but it said the cartridge needed to be changed and there was no one at the service desk the entire time we were eating what remained (a few bagels and pieces of bread, yogurt, green bananas, apples, and cereal). The coffee pot still had used coffee grounds in it.

The hot tub was fabulous! It was built-in with stone columns, like something out of a fairytale. The bed was comfortable. I loved the glasstop table and wrought iron chairs perfect for the two of use to enjoy a meal in the room.

The spa bath and the mirror surrounding it was very dirty.There was only 1 washcloth the front desk closed early so we couldn't get more wash cloths. The front attendant was rude when he spelled my name wrong and thought I didn't have a reservation as I was showing him the confirmation number he took a phone call and completely ignored me. Other than that it was ok. There was only 1 small trash can and the breakfast was overrated.

Couldn’t get into the wifi, paper for wall peeling. Shower didn’t stay hot long and it made a loud weird noise.

It was clean. Jacuzzi tube was definitely a plus.

The coffee pot looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I could wipe the residue out of the bottom. And the bed looked like it was half assed made part was tucked. Part hanging all catty whompas. But other than that. It was decent. We were a couple booking and there were just a couple tiny towels and one small shampoo and conditioner.

Staff upon arriving was hard to understand, security lock on door was broken, table provided in room was broken and unstable. No luggage carts. Had to request towels because only one set was provided in room on arrival.

Room was very spacious (four women and we didn't feel cramped), beds were comfortable, heat worked great. Shower was excellent and hot water for All!

The floor had not been swept well, there were crumbs and dirt on the floor. Everything else was clean.

I liked that I was able to have a smoking room, which is hard to find these days; and other than the floor not being swept well, it was fairly clean.

The stair well to the second floor smelled like pot. The jetted tub was slick on the bottom which made it very difficult to get out. There was a dirt ring in the bottom of the tub, and the smoke alarm was not on the wall. We found it in a drawer.
