Not just in the 2 bathrooms in my room, but my family in a separate room also had the same issue. Hotel did not do a good job of taking care of the mildew/mold. The showers were disgusting especially for what you pay for.
The room size was great and updated. The breakfast was ok. The hotel is on the ITrolley route. The lobby area was nice and spacious. Loved the 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms.

United States5 Reviews8 helpful votes“Hotels Need to Make Sure ADA Accessibility is Adequate”I'm in a power chair and couldn't fit through the bathroom door, not only could I not be able to use the commode, no shower, and no brushing my teeth. The first time I called the front desk she said that both accessible rooms are the same size and nothing could be done . I called and asked for the manager, and explained what happened, he did send maintenance to measure the doorway and found it's too small Meanwhile it's been 2 days with no bathroom access. During check-in my card was charged 4 times, had to sit there while front desk and manager tried to figure it out. Embarrassing moment to say the least, plus I showed where the charge went through on my account webpage, which at first was ignored, and then finally showing where the first charge went through and then 3 more didn't.
It's a new facility.

We killed three huge roaches during our 4 days stay. Mold in the showers. Hair and stuff left behind from other people. Dust all on the vents. The AC was horribly loud so much so that it was hard to sleep. The TV's were glitching as well and not great picture.
The one reason we booked with this hotel was the room size for the value. We loved that the two bedroom suite has such great space. Ample items in the room to cook with if need be. The morning breakfast was nice to have as well but it's the typical hotel free breakfast. Not having a resort or parking fee was awesome.

United States10 Reviews“I would rate my stay at a 6 due to the 3 issues I mentioned above”The shower door in the king room did not close all the way which caused the floor to get wet, when I notified the front desk I was advised that maintenance would come right up, and that never happened, I stayed from Friday to Monday. There was soap left in the soap dish from the previous guest. Also, the refrigerator did not get cold even at the highest setting, we had to use ice for it drinks. Carpets in the hallways were stained as well.
The size of the room, it looked exactly like the pictures. The location was also excellent, close to just about everything.
