The location was excellent, and the apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped to meet all our needs. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Miami.

Rooms were clean. The host was kind enough to provide 2 pack n plays for our kids. Easy walk to the beach. Some beach equipment was provided.

The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was also well-equipped with everything needed for a beach day, including chairs. Additionally, the manager, Janet, was extremely helpful, providing excellent guidance and promptly answering any questions we had.

The beds are a little stiff for my liking and there are two big dogs right above the condo that started barking early in the am all the days we were there so there was no sleeping in Very loud neighbors

There seemed to be a little difficulty with communication between front desk staff regarding which entrance we should use on return from beach. Most people use a special elevator but because the location is on the first floor, they weren’t quite sure what we should do as the elevator policy didn’t apply to us.

The location was wonderful. The apartment offered so much space, and we appreciated the use of the beach chairs. Loved the pool and gym.

Apartment could use some maintenance work and refurbishment; eg - TV stand door was broken and poorly attached to the wall, some of the door handles are loose as well. Checkin staff could have provided better instructions, they mainly said we could get to the room and that's it, we had to find for ourselves how to use the small key to the beach entrance and etc.

Excellent location, the walking distance to a good beach is a must; plenty of beach equipment provided as well, including kids beach toys, which are a must for families! Comfortable and spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen. Nice pool with lots of umbrellas and chairs.

The parking garage is a little far. It took me a long time to find the lot c but it was manageable. The front desk staff helped me got a closer parking space

Ground floor, by the parking entrance, can hear cars passing by. Pictures show random apartments available in this building, just to be aware.
