Little bit hot in the living room, and the balcony furniture very dirty.

The bedroom is big and comfortable; kitchen is good size.

The carpet could have been cleaner. An elevator would have been helpful. Our suite did not have any large bowls, spoons or a broom. We realize that prior tenants may have been responsible for some of those deficiencies.

Oceanfront property with an excellent view of the ocean, the surf, the jetty, paddle boaters, kayakers, jet skiers, sailboats and fantastic sunsets. The room was large and equipped with a full kitchen. The size of our patio was excellent for relaxing, eating entertaining... We had a very nice sized TV in the living room. There were several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The mattress in the couch/pull out bed was pretty old/uncomfortable & the bathroom lighting was intense; I prefer a softer mood, but if you like brightness there’s no need to worry.

I asked for a waterfront room that overlooked the marina. I received a message that I would have those accommodations but when we got to the room it was a pool side view instead. Also had to pay $15 for parking.

On this particular trip, we were placed in a ground level room, as per our request, but this visit we were placed in a handicap accessible room. The walk-in shower was great, but this particular unit seemed smaller than others we have been in on past visits. It was not unpleasant, just not what we have been used to in the past. The facility was quite full due to the holiday and the parking was very crowded. We do no like the covered parking options because the spaces are narrow with large posts, so we opt for the open parking when available. It seemed on this visit that everyone was opting for the uncovered parking, but we still managed to find a spot.

This facility, right on the water, has meticulously maintained grounds and is generally quiet. This was a holiday weekend and it was quite full. We could, at times, hear the children near us, but overall it was peaceful and quiet. It is an older facility without elevators and as seniors, we request a ground level room, which the staff generally accommodates us. We are able to have either a view of the marina or a view of the ocean, depending on where they place us. We love the facility and the staff and it is always our first choice if there is availability. BTW: The coffee maker was not working and they promptly replaced it for us . . .kudos to them!
