it's an older place, which most of these in Daytona are so it's not top of the line but that didn't bother us at all.... if you are wanting 4 stars you probably need to go somewhere else. The bed was okay but not great for older people with back problems.

Its right on the beach. Nice swimming pool as well. It has an elevator. Has a kitchenette and a balcony. Plenty of shelves beside the bathroom vanity for cosmetics, lotions, etc. couch was comfy. Plenty of pillows and blankets.

Only 1 real outlet that we couldnt use as our chargers wouldn't stay in it. Only other plug is power strip by the microwave so little inconvenience. No sheets for the pull out couch. Parking is super snug and only 1 elevator in the front.

The location is spot on! Right on the beach! Couple min drive to boardwalk and any shop. Cute little studio set up. Bed was comfortable!

Not really much to not like. I enjoy staying at smaller, older condos that are well kept. I don’t need 5 Star concierge service 24/7z

The property location is perfect. The pool and beach area are very nice. Lots of parking which is wonderful. The little condo was nicely decorated and stocked well. The owners have done a sweet job at making the space feel like a home away from home. Very responsive owners too.

The shape of the bldg was strange because when you sit on the balcony you see most of your neighbors across from you but I guess that’s so everyone has a great view of the ocean? TV stopped working after 2nd day, think remote needs batteries. One electric stove eye didn’t work also.

It was an older bldg but my room was modern. Loved the amenities and nicely decorated, the room inc the kitchen was well stocked. Resort had a game room and 2pools.

Stayed 9 amazing nights. Great location, easy access to beach and pools. Owners are absolutely amazing to work with! Has everything you need, beach chairs, beach towels, kitchen has everything you would need to cook a meal. Definitely staying again.

CLEAN!! well laid out, well stocked, sun-filled! The kitchenette had everything we needed. Fantastic ocean-view, easy communication with owner. Easy parking and easy access to beach.

Had an issue with a mildew smell that just developed over previous week. Craig was quick to respond to the place. He worked with me on satisfying the issue. Really nice owners who are concerned with offering great service. I loved the place in spite of the issue and again I will come back to this unit. Craig was outstanding and issue was being resolved!!! Thanks guys!!!

Location was close to the beach. Balcony view of ocean was very nice. Outdoor pool is spacious with many chairs and tables. The pool screening cuts down on wind but allows a great view of the ocean and beach. The room is nicely laid out with one main bed and futon for extra guests. The owners have been doing updates and was perfect for my stay. I will come back because of Craig and Briana along with the cool feel of the place! Really has a great vibe. Exterior of the place is being updated and going to be exceptional. Thank you!

Room 423 Smells low water pressure while taken shower tv didnt work ac unit hanging out power cord plug electric box is bad bad salt corrosion very bad didnt feel safe staying there no one to talk to office lock up towels not clean sliding door lock broke looks like someone try to brake in at one time water damage on the floors still didn't feel safe the electric box for the ac plug cable tv needs rust in bathtub by the drain
