Small room. Little space to walk around if you have more than 2 suitcases. Also, the door to the shower doesn't open all the way because of the toilet. Bigger people would have problems getting inside.

Great location and very friendly staff, especially the valets! Property is lovely with some nice quiet seating areas that were really nice in the morning and evenings! Rooms were quiet, well appointed and clean! We loved the Milo!

We thought the room was small and dark. The lighting wasn't bright enough in the bathroom area. The bathroom sink was separate from the shower and toilet which was fine. But, the bathroom was very small. The toilet was so close to the wall and toilet paper holder that it was awkward to sit there. Half the shower door wasn't there. The pool area was small and there were not many chaise lounges and and several were ripped.

The location is great. We were able to walk everywhere and being right on the harbor was wonderful. I was able to take long morning walks along the harbor and breathe the fresh sea air! The staff was also very accomodating, especially the valets. We used the in/out service several times and the valets were wonderful. The front desk staff were friendly and helped us with recommendations and directions.

The room was not what I thought it was going to be and we were in a building furthest away from the main office. The room seemed more like a regular hotel room. The room was dated and the walls were super thin. I could hear the AC from the floor above all night long.

No elevators as this property is a collection of charming Spanish style old motels, renovated. But the valet will help you carry your bags up. Valet parking was $32 per day so the second day we parked on the street.

Incredible location and charm. Outdoor gardens across the street from the beach, where people are strolling and riding bikes. You can borrow bikes or beach chairs from the hotel. Walking distance to the pier and State street. Perfect for soaking up Santa Barbara’s special beachfront ambience.

Walls were paper thin, and we could clearly hear the guy next door snoring. Seating outside our window was for anyone in the block. Foi d 4 people sat drinking staring into our room from 2m away. Had to keep the blinds down. Blinds didn't meet in the corner so anyone walking up the steps could see right into our room. We were offered an alternative room but it was old and dated. Staff provide clips for the blinds, which took care of the gap in the blinds. No wardrobe to put clothes.

Newly refurbished rooms. Small but quite comfortable. Valet Parking was quite expensive but easy. Staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Good reception area with drink and food to purchase. Location was perfect, just across from the beach. Provided a small bottle of Prosecco, free of charge for my wife's Birthday.

There was not a lot of storage space. There was only one chair, kind of like a patio chair to sit on. The telephone in our room did not work and we had trouble with the t.v.

Noise from the room above us, due to the cheap flooring. No ice machine. The bathroom floor was extremely slippery when wet, even though it was a room for people with a disability.

Everything was great!

My son and I had the best time here. The property is very lovely and right across from the beach, close to the pier. We swam in the smaller of thier 2 pool areas. Both are well maintained with plenty of lounge seating and clean towels. At night, we made s'mores provided by the hotel. They have several firepits throughout the property, making for a fun, relaxing evening. Their little market is stocked with lots of nice wine, beer, cocktails, and higher end snacks.There are plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. Our room was large and updated, and the bed was comfortable. We can't wait to go back!
