The parking was a real pain. Need two parking places but could only get one. The condo was very low on glasses three glasses for six people. No storage bowls and very used cookware. Layout was very nice but could use some updates on kitchen stuff.

The activity were great! The pools were really nice.

It smelt like rotting milk and vomit on the pool area. There was a shooting a couple days before arrival and when I questioned about the safety of the hotel I was given a rude response by the owner of the condo. The response was “as long as my child wasn’t in a gang he will be fine” Then on the 2nd to last day I had a man waiting in the hall outside my room stating that my credit card didn’t go through. Then I showed him my confirmation and it was actually that they didn’t have their ducks in a row.

People who had condo before us emptied the ice from the freezer so we were unable to have ice in our drinks after we arrived. Would like to be able to get ice from somewhere in building for that first day. Once ice machine cought up we had ice daily.

Loved the layout of the condo with bedrooms on opposite sides allowing privacy for both couples. Reception area was very friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival at the Condo there was no toilet tissue or soap in the bathrooms . I would have liked to know there was no toiletries prior to my stay.

The room was clean, but there were things that were missed (black hairs on bathroom floor). That’s on the cleaning staff. Vacuum comes apart when using it. I wish people had common sense and would dry off before coming back to their rooms or even wear shoes. It made the floors inside the building very slippery. Staff did all they could but with what looked like a sold out week, it is understandable that it is hard to keep up.

The property is located right on the beach. It has nice views I guess no matter what part of the building you are in. It’s fairly quiet.

The area in general is rather run down. All the buildings are rather faded.

Broken up, gross end table on balcony, could use a set of diff chairs there. Need new ironing board. TV in primary not user friendly like in lvg room. A couple people at front desk acted "put out".

Location, location, location! Close to everything! clean, love ocean front sunrises but sea view with city view was awesome. Nice size, easy to use TV in lvg room, good ac, good size rooms..so much to do, pools, bar, entertainment great resort amenities. Some great staff, free parking, walk every where, clean common area

Well we rented from a private owner but when we got there we were pressures into listening to a 90 min seminar regarding timeshare options. We stated we weren't interested but they continued to bring others to try to get us to say yes. We finally got our room, unpacked and went to the pool. We got a call while at the pool saying they were sorry but we cannot stay in the room that we were given and we need to pack up and move to an owner owned condo. I'm not sure how this mistake was made and why it took hours for them to figure it out! It was very inconvenient for us considering we had 6 people who had fully unpacked, unloaded grocerys and were ready for a relaxing few days! Needless to say we weren't happy.

It was extremely dirty, there was blood on the sheets and mattress the baths were dirty and the toilets too... there was popcorn under the beds... it was definitely not what I expected :(

The room wasn’t very clean. The sink was not draining and the dishwasher was broken. We also had to call about the garbage disposal not working as well.
