The location is great just opposite Santa Monica Pier. The staff are very friendly and eventually the valet parking is very convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious. Facilities are good.

The chap who took us from the hotel to the airport arranged by the hotel tried to scam us saying there were additional charges once we had arrived despite giving us a set price from the start. Just spoilt our trip with him trying to do that. Surprised the hotel is affiliated with people like that. Only downside and a huge disappointed

Location is great, rooms are clean and ok. Hotel has parking but you have to pay 50USD per day. Wi-fi works in the room but on the balcony isn't.

They should consider decreasing the overnight parking cost or including it in the nightly room cost.

Great location, customer service and comfortable rooms. Great view in rooms with ocean view as an option. Also, they really do have onsite parking (valet). I added some photos of the view from my room. They were zoomed in a bit but just showing you all the view was nice.

My fan in the room would start and stop at about midnight during my stay. I could not get it to turn off. Told front desk and they moved me to another room at 2:30 am. Used a luggage cart by myself and moved all my stuff to another room. You need to do an overall check of your HVAC system.

Your staff are wonderful! Heidi and Alyssa are great. Also, Jenni at the coffee shop is very friendly and helpful!

Excellent location, near Santa Monica Pier and the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently situated close to public transport and other transportation facilities.

While my overall experience at the Ocean View Hotel in Santa Monica was positive, there were a few concerns that I'd like to mention. One issue I encountered was the safety of Palisades Park at night. The area around the park felt quite dark and, unfortunately, somewhat insecure due to the presence of individuals in unpredictable circumstances. This made walking in the park after dark a rather unnerving experience. To improve the experience for future guests, I would suggest the hotel and local authorities consider enhancing the lighting and increasing security measures around the park during nighttime hours. This would help guests feel safer and more comfortable exploring the beautiful surroundings of the hotel after dark.

I recently stayed at the Ocean View Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room faced the ocean, providing a beautiful and tranquil view, making it both comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the essentials, ensuring a stress-free and homely atmosphere. One of the highlights was the coffee maker, which made my mornings delightful. The pillows were incredibly fluffy and adjustable, contributing to a perfect night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location in the heart of Santa Monica was ideal, with easy access to all the attractions and amenities the area has to offer.

My room was beside the garbage pickup outside so it was noisy at 7 am. Not a biggie though.

Fantastic location with free bikes! I cycled along the beach every day.
