Back sliding door wouldn’t lock and back balcony is shared with rest of the units, Photos on here showed beach front but unit we were in came out to be on the side where the street is at so the view wasn’t nice at all would have been nice if they put on there no ocean view.

It could be updated (but there was a charm in it being a bit vintage. )It is good that we are small because the bathroom would be a challenge for larger folks !!! There were a few cosmetic problems but fixable .

The room had a shared balcony with a small view of the ocean . The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals . Bed was comfy . Very coastal decor . Loved the brass seagulls! The pool was heated nicely .

The steps on sidewalk and up to room is not very handicapped accessible. I asked for ground floor due to being elderly and still got 2nd floor

Access to the beach was not as advertised- it was down MANY stairs- and I have an ankle injury- which meant we couldn’t access the beach from our unit.

Misleading. Our reservation was for #34 1st Floor Courtyard Suite w/Kitchen. Sleeps 4. While looking at beautiful photos of the courtyard on the site, we thought perfect! We knew the condo it's self needs a little updating from the photos and on the smaller side. Oh well, look at the courtyard and view of the ocean! We're a timy small family. Husband is 5'6, myself and daughter under 5'. Bathroom is very small with an awkward sink in front of the toilet. Not much space between the two at all. Our room is not a courtyard suite. Not by a courtyard or within the view. It is a parking lot suite. The condo interior could use some updating and decor to make the stay(s) more comfortable and cozy. Maybe larger and more comfortable furniture to sleep/relax on. The queen bed was comfortable enough. Overall, we had a good time still. Walked the beach with private access and swam in the very warm and pretty dang clean pool. Location was great for us. The staff was super friendly .

Generally, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials (dishes & utensils, not food!). Limited bakeware in the kitchen; frying pans, yes, but limited stovetop pots (saucepan) and very limited bakeware (1 medium casserole dish; no baking sheet, or loaf pan or cake pan or 9x13). Maybe not a big deal to many folks who may not plan to really do much cooking, but something to be aware of, especially if you plan to stay long.

Location was excellent. Unobstructed ocean view with direct/private beach access (~100 stairs). Kitchen facilities were greatly appreciated. I appreciate that pets are NOT allowed at Ocean Terrace Condominiums! :)
