Exceptional service (offered to do our laundry in the staff facility when the guest machine was down for servicing), high end toiletries, robust breakfast, free sunscreen, games and fire pit available for guests. Right next to the ocean.

Hotel in a great location, close to downtown St. Augustine and right by the sea; in just two minutes you can be on the beach! You can enjoy amazing sunrises. Breakfast is plentiful. There was a bit of confusion with our reservation upon arrival, but everything was quickly resolved thanks to the helpfulness of the staff and the manager!

The only thing I would change is tell the people about the packing ( on a piece of paper)and tell them if they make a positive review it is free packing and if they don’t their credit card will be charge. Not charge them and their refund it 3/5 days later. Did not like that specially because I made my positive review the night we were staying there and not the day we were leaving.

I love that they greeted us with cookies, popcorn and drinks. I love the room was clean and the staff were super nice. I love that they have so many games inside and outside to play with and even have play toys to bring at the beach and pool. We loved playing in the pool too. We loved the exterior shower to rinse off. Love all the attention they put like to make you welcome like the little free basket full of lotion and shampoo, shower cap and even free sun cream in the bathroom and by the pool. Those are small little things that makes customers come back! Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of choices too. We are already planning another trip to go back. We absolutely loved it.

Paying for parking is ridiculous. Who does that.

Nice clean place not commercialized. Right across from beach. Small beach town. Breakfast included. Only thing off putting was paying for parking. That being said I can see going back.

I don’t think you should be charged for parking when you pay to stay there.

Good location, beach was very private, pool was open late, breakfast was amazing, and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on.

It was perfect for a one night stop over to Key West…just wish we had more time other than sleeping there. The waterfront view…stunning!

Lights at pool could make for better night swimming , very busy main road so walking to beach needs at least a pedestrian paint or caution light would be nice. Lots of supplies in room-Beware they cost extra… still waiting on invoice for extra charge to the room to see what

AMAZING breakfast area and facilities for hanging out. Loved the decor and view of the non ocean side. Great access to ocean and nice hot shower. Beds super comfortable and extra roll away was already set up and super comfortable. Patio door made in and out super easy. Pool open until 4! We stayed till 12. We didn’t get to shuttle to downtown since it was just a rest stop but maybe next time .

There wasn’t a single thing that we DID NOT like about this gorgeous, quiet, peaceful place!! Everything was beautiful and so much fun.

This is the cutest hotel we’ve ever stayed at! EVERYONE is so pleasant and friendly. We checked in with Beverly and we were offered snacks, drinks, and fresh baked cookies when we arrived. She took the time to explain everything they had to offer. She was so nice and had the best sense of humor. The room was immaculate. The rooms have a cute balcony, full size fridge, tv, wifi, anything you could ask for. There’s even games all over inside and out. The coolest place ever!!! They are even pet friendly!! The pool and outside area is BEAUTIFUL!!! There’s huts a super nice pool, and games everywhere. My favorite part was the private beach. I have severe social anxiety, so being able to be on the beach without a crowd was AMAZING!! My husband and I got to walk over and truly enjoy our time being alone. Check out isn’t until 11:30 which was another huge bonus for us, as we aren’t early morning people. Silese checked us out and was amazing as well! We were even offered free water for the road! Truly the best staff which is so hard to come by nowadays. We haven’t been on a vacation just the two of us in over 10 years. We are parents of 4, teens and this beautiful hotel was truly such an amazing experience. We will definitely be back in 2-3 weeks. It’s totally with the 4 hour trip!!! ❤️ Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

I didn’t like leaving. We drove here for a getaway and I feel like I really did get away from my daily demands.

It’s right across the street from the beach and the beach is just beautiful, clean, quiet and pet friendly. The hotel offers beach chairs and umbrellas that are set up by great staff members who are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is great, an exceptional value and pleasant surprise. It’s way more than what is usually offered by pet friendly properties. We watched beautiful sunrises.

We are seniors. We didn’t realize there was no elevator. And for us getting to the ocean was a little hard. Well, hard to understand about the cost of parking.
