Nice room and community room. Indoor Poo al bit far away, so we did not use it. Close to the beach. Free coffee and soda in family room.

This seems to be family friendly hotel with young kids. I have adult children so the yelling and screaming at times were a bit much. We booked a room that was on the first floor and the running until all hours of the night was hard overhead. We couldn't move to a room above ours because it was a different category and the only reason I would move was due to not being able to sleep and didn't want the extra expense.

VERY uncomfortable beds, mattresses must be replaced. Room cleaning consisted of only making beds, no vacuuming, cleaning or replacement of towels or replacing toilet paper, and also done around 6pm instead of early in the morning. They have kitchenette but don’t provide any basic kitchenware.

This had the potential to be an amazing holiday spot, close to restaurants, sea, facilities etc but it is quite run down and tired. We stayed at the end of the season and the outside pool was full of debris, and the hallways have an old smell and very dirty carpets. The balcony wood needs treating, indoor carpets replacing and walls painting and it would be tip top.

We had a room with a sea view which was just wonderful, we had two balconies so plenty of space and the beach was tidy, clean, quiet, and just beautiful, I would definitely say the beach, sea, sunrise were the highlights. There was also N outdoor pool and hot tub, I much prefer outdoor swimming but they also had an indoor too.

Perhaps a bit more detail on what the kitchenette was supplies with. Two paper plates and two forks and spoons were not what I had expected. Bonus was a partial roll of paper towels. The refrig needs to be defrosted, ice build up in freezer was bad. Room 225

The views from our terrace of the ocean was a wonderful way to start our morning and ending our day.

There was no breakfast and basically other than the room and the pool, that’s all you got. You needed to find restaurants on your own, no book with recommendations. The inside pool was a lot smaller than it looked like in photos

The staffs lack of concern when fixing problems. Had an issue with a smoke detector going off and it never got replaced. I know the pool is on the beach but the sand in the pool was not cleaned on a daily basis, including the indoor pool. Chlorine in pools was so high it ruined the bathing suits we wore!

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The mattress was a little sunken in and we kept rolling into each other during the night. Only other issue was the staff having lengthy conversations right outside our door. We had the first room outside the side lobby door and people tended to gather there and chat for quite a while.

Absolutely loved the location of this hotel. Great spot on the beach. It's a small complex and we were the furthest away from the beach but it was still just a few minutes walk from our room. Room was very spacious. Bathroom was huge. Ample parking. Mini fridge in room was great. And we had a little table and chairs outside the room where we could eat a meal or hang out. Hot tub and pool next to the beach were great.

Our room was close to the pool so it was very noisy out on the balancy. I requested a 30 minute delay in check out and was denied.

Ocean front property with ocean views. We had a studio unit with a loft and 2 balconies for viewing. The unit and property were clean and appeared well maintained. The unit included a small refrigerator and a cooktop.

Literally the only thing we didn't like, but we REALLY didn't like it, was the carpeted pool area. Like, carpet!? Really? I almost never wanted to get out of the pool because the thought of stepping on wet carpeting was that aversive.

The location was spectacular, the room was cute and clean. The staff were really friendly. I like that they have an indoor pool.

Smelled musty and could have been cleaned a little better. The bathroom had hair in it when we got there. Housekeeping came in first morning and didn't make the beds.

Our room on the first floor had extremely noisy people above us I had to call it 11p. about the noise finally they stopped the banging around and loud noise when asked if they compensate me or give me credit for a future visit they said no
