The entrance door was very hard to open and close as was the sliding door to balcony. The vertical blinds did not work , couldn't open them more than a couple of feet

Coffee pot did not work nor did the replacement. Ac is noisy and could not darken the room to sleep. Outside lighting seeps in.

Room is a bit outdated but relatively clean. Beds are comfortable. Easy beach access.

Guests are not following pool rules. People are jerks. Some birds chipped all night. Neither of which were fault of hotel.

Our room with clean enough except for the floors! The floors looked filthy particularly around the refrigerator. We got there and the refrigerator was off, and the freezer had an inch of water in it. I cleaned it out and we were able to use it. Shouldn't have happened.

The only negative thing was the water was not working in our room that we had booked. They did give us another room and all was well.

The property was fine it served its purpose. We stayed over one night before our cruise left. It was clean and comfortable.

Room was not too clean, under the bed, behind the curtain has pots and food from previous guests. Check in and check out time. You pay for 24h but can stay 18h…wired. Check is is 4pm and checkout 10 am…doesn’t make sense.

Checking in was a time consuming process.. checking out felt very rushed, had to be out with the key in the lobby by 10:00 a.m. or threatened additional charges

We are used to staying nicer places that are not so old looking. To me the place was very old looking old feeling, the floors were tile and it is very cold. Hard feeling when you walk on it and I’d rather stay at a nicer place, but the people were great and it was just OK. The best part was the dinner at Gregory’s. I understand Gregory is not even part of the hotel.

Pool was full of kids until late at night so there was no way we were getting near the pool. Value for the money was not there.

The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. We left early and dropped the keys off. Beach access was great and there was plenty of parking.

I had reserved this hotel for the jacuzzi but found out once we walked down to the pool area, it was out of order. Wish I had known this :(

Great location for a short stay. Access to beach was easy. Huge rooms, we have a separate bedroom and living rooms. Great snack bar at the 2nd pool.

The basic room was quite small with very small space for fridge and microwave, not a lot of room to put luggage or other items, really no place to hang clothes if I had wanted to. We rented a jeep and wanted to remove the hard top and I asked the front desk if there was any place safe I could put the top. The lady at the front desk was just very matter of fact and said, “we don’t have that kind of space!” I wasn’t asking for a garage or locked area, only a recommendation on what would be a good place to keep it while it was off. Thankfully a nice man staying across from us was watching us take the top off and look confused on where to put it and suggested the rear parking lot as he seemed to know the resort well. What a nice guy to help us think it through. I wasn’t asking just a little surprised at the front desk lady’s very quick and matter of fact response.

Quiet, comfy beds, very short walk to beach! For an older hotel, rooms were updated and cute.

I didn’t like that the room was on the smaller side but that was mainly my fault. Next time I will definitely be looking into a bigger room. Also I wish there were laundry facilities for the guests to use.

I loved the location. The pool was heated so it made it nice to swim. And it had its own private beach access.

Advertised as room with hair dryer non available despite asking reception and house keeping Piling work going on ,on building site next door on site restaurant shut on a Monday but was very good . Parking pot luck our room was on the second floor and no where near where we could park.more seating than loungers not what photo shows
