Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our suite was very well maintained and seemed to have be freshly painted, great views from our room across the sea, for a partial view very good, the air con loud, ear plugs a must. the hot Tin restaurant was good food. The welcome drink was small, and served at the weird bar in the corner rather strange, the staff very welcoming. The whole entrance lobby and area on the ground is underwhelming and basic and the bar in the corner lacks sophistication. It lets the hotel down and our hearts sank when we arrived. The pool far too small for the hotel the photos make it look much more impressive than it is. Valet parking, no other option, the guy that parked our car had to be pushed to bring our car to the front when we were leaving. Live music at the bar on the deck outside, when it got going after millions of sound checks was good and the place packed which made for a nice atmosphere. The staff gave us a late check out when asked twice which we appreciated.

United StatesWe had renovations happening all through the day. It started before we left in morning and then still going on when we returned to shower and get ready for evening. We went off season and felt that we should have been at another part of hotel away from renovation noise. We were sent a text that our water would be off from 10 to 1 on one day due to renovations. It was expensive and markets as an upscale resort; however, we did not feel it presented this way.

AustraliaI thought the room was a little shabby, there was an electrical conduit coming away from the wall and paint missing is a couple of spots. It took an incredible long period for hot water to flow to the shower and the bathroom basin taps.
The room a/c was terrific and the staff were very friendly.

United StatesThe bathrooms at the pool should be better monitored, as they were being used by a lot of people walking in off Duval Street or Mallory Square like a public restroom.
The location is great, especially for a quick getaway with friends. Staff was attentive and helpful and quick. We'd come back for a visit.
