Too expensive, especially considering you have to pay extra for parking! Could've been cleaner and needed more towels than what they provide.

I was 15 minutes late checking out and the charged me $35 mind you the facility was completely empty it was a Monday all the rooms were vacant except for 3 other rooms there was no need for that. It could have been a little more clean and updated

I'd expected parking in the motel lot, which ended up being an additional cost. Also, we had difficulty with the TV working I could not use my complete stay, Had no way of reaching the front office, No PHONES in the room and any phone number I found online when trying to use my cell phone was out of order. Disappointing for sure

loud people near the pool late at night. I had to pay for daily parking, they gave me a permit tag to hang in my car, then I could not find any spots at night, but I noticed some parked cars without a permit tag in the parking lot.

I don't like the fact that no parking is advertised on this site as well as there. The main site, yet, when you get there, you are charged ten dollars

I didn't like that we had to pay$100.00 when we checked in for deposit. When we paid the full amount on booking.com. And we were told we would be reimbursed the $100.00 after our stay from booking.com. We never received our $100.00 back from booking.com

When I first arrived the floor was a little dirty. But housekeeping came and took care of it.

The beds are comfy and the housekeeping is good gave me everything I asked plus extras. Also has a pool!

Several issues impacted my stay. The electrical outlets were loose, making it difficult for plugs to stay connected, and the microwave was barely functional. The internet was unreliable and frequently disconnected. Lighting in the room was poor, with only a single, dim stand-up lamp. The trash bags provided were very thin and tore easily. Being on the bottom floor was inconvenient, as chairs I brought out were often taken by others. The pool didn’t appear to be as clean as expected. Parking was also a challenge—spaces were tight and not assigned as stated by staff, so availability was inconsistent. Additionally, I was charged an extra $33 at check-in, which I wasn’t made aware of during booking and don’t recall being disclosed. Overall, the experience was disappointing, though it could have been worse..

I could still feel little bits of sand on the bed when we hadn't even slept in it yet. There was an issue with one of the bars in the shower that kept falling out, and when I tried calling about our Wi-Fi not working, it just gave me an answering machine for an insurance company.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was great as it was right near the necessities and some attractions, too! The room was decently sized for just the three of us.

Arrived after 3 hour commute at 9am, stopped by to ask if we could check in early, was told we could only check in at 11AM so we went to the beach for a few hours. Came back at 2:30pm and was told our room would be ready in 30 mins. Came back in at 3pm, was told it would be 45 mins, came back at 4pm, was told it would be another 30 mins-1 hour. Came back in at almost 5pm and was told 5 minutes. Then we finally got the keys after sitting in the heat for 2+ hours. There also seems to be mold in the ceiling tiles of the bathroom and the room.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Overall not a bad stay, it was a place to sleep and cool off.

ANTS EVERYWHERE. front desk was rude and didn’t want to give me a broom , tried to get 10 dollars a day for parking when it says free parking on the booking and flies in the bathroom waiting for us when we first stepped in the room

I didn’t like that you have to also pay to park your 1 vehicle on their parking lot daily during your stay knowing your already paying to rent one of their rooms at a high cost but you get charged $10 a day is crazy when any other hotel I’ve stayed at in Ocean City doesn’t charge you for parking when staying at their facility

The property wasn’t what we expected. The room was given to us with a bad odor of wet clothes and the sheets were not clean not to mention mold on the baseboards endless spiders and flies bathroom was filthy and smelly did not really enjoy this motel don’t plan on coming back here again

Ants all over our room. Room is refundable. Room was incredibly small. not even 10 inches from the foot of the bed to the wall. that was the walking space. I recommend getting a king or 2 beds to avoid the small room issues we had. other than that. we made great friends while there.
