Convenient location , has everything you need and then some . The owner is a very sweet woman , she makes baked treats every night which is awesome! Makes you feel like you’re at home.

Honestly the location can’t be any better a block away from the beach good food spots nearby, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The parking in the property is great and the room itself was impeccable.

I would say for me the bed and pillows were a little hard, be side that everything was great !

The only thing my kids mentioned was there was no pool, but we hardly ever use the pool at other hotels. And not a real inconvenience, but it would be nice to have access to laundry facilities. As I said, not a deal breaker... we went to a laundromat and still enjoyed our stay very much!

Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the staff. The location was great and close to so many things. The price and quality of the hotel were perfect. I used to stay at older hotels as a child with my family when coming to Ocean City as a child and this brought me back to so many great memories of childhood. The owner is such a sweet person. The hotel sealed the deal with fresh cookies and brownies every night! My kids truly enjoyed them. We will definitely stay here again. Having a front porch to sit on early in the morning or late at night and relax was such a positive experience that many of the newer hotels lack. As my 10 year old son told me, the hotel has such great character and everyone is so friendly. Even the other guests are so welcoming amd friendly who stayed there. I really felt like I was staying with family there rather than a hotel. Superb experience. Strongly suggest it for others to enjoy! 😃

This place was so nice and sweet! The lady at the front desk said she’d been there for 26 something years and she made cookings and brownies for us. Felt like staying at grandmas house.

Stairs..we were on the third floor.

The host and staff are amazing. I appreciated the tips about when and where to enjoy the fireworks and best places for breakfast. I loved the hose outside to rinse off prior to going inside and the clothes line to dry wet things. There was free coffee and always homemade treats at the front desk. Parking was available and the location is shading! It is a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk.

The location was great, only one block off the boardwalk. The rooms were very clean. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel like family. The best staff I've ever dealt with at any hotel I've stayed at. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. They also make fresh baked goods for the guest every evening.

The staff here were so nice. Even after checking out, they kept some of our luggage so that we could go to the beach and not put our computers in the hot car. The location was amazing! The woman who owns it is probably one of the nicest people I've met. The room was a little smaller but we didn't care as we were not in the room except to sleep. We would stay here again.

it smells a bit like a nursing home but you get used to it after a while. the pillows were super tough— like it did not loosen up or conform to your head while using.

I had a great experience staying here. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and parking was super easy，a big plus in Ocean City. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean, and I was especially impressed with the strong water pressure in the shower. Best of all, they allowed me to leave my car after checkout, which was a huge help during the busy OC Air Show weekend

I liked everything. The owner was gracious, kind & welcoming. All you'd expect from a mom & pop operation. She even baked cookies for the guests. My six year old son enjoyed the treats. We'll be back without a doubt. Safe, and super clean. All a guest could ask for.
