Perfect location

Elevator was not reliable which is a problem for seniors, otherwise everything else was perfect, Very

The location was amazing! Excellent views and beach. Quiet area and close to everything.

The towels were ragged. The furniture, while clean, was old and dated. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were flat. They really need to spend a bit on the esthetics as that would bring many people back for a repeat. The beds in the second room were very uncomfortable for adults. Kids might not mind but not adults.

The apartment was comfortable and organized

It was a nice property beautiful view.

When we arrived we arrived we parked in a spot to unload bags and apparently the spot was reserved for someone who lived there and I was told to move. I tried to park in garage but the person I was sharing a garage with left no room to park. They ended up moving there car over but there was still no room to park. All parking spots were full. I had to park across the street and was in fear of vehicle being towed. A few days later there was a spot to park. The toilet stopped up and had to wait 24 hours for it to be unclogged. Make sure you bring your own toilet paper and trash bags as you only get one replacement per toilet for a week.

Partly our own fault, but we didn't know to mention that we can in 2 vehicles. Parking is limited. We got it figured out though!

Location. Directly on the beach

Cleanliness. Travelled with toddler who crawls. Day one of arrival, his clothes were brown from dirt on floor. Clean bed sheets, but mattress covers were filthy. Needless to say condo was much cleaner when we left then when we arrived. Pool was dirty, full of algae. Was cleaned once during our stay, but algae came back a day later. Wife found cockroach one night, which really freaked her out, although I think they are probably common in floridas warmer climate. Location was good. Nice small condo building located directly on the beach.

Liked the beach location. Liked the local manager who helped when we had issues with the condo.

We had no ac the entire time we were there. We had no tv a couple of the days. My husband got stomach flu, and the day he was ill, we had workers in all day to try to fix the problems. The tv was fixed that day. The ac was looked at another day as well, but it could not get fixed until the day after we left. Fortunately, we really enjoyed meeting the local manager, or those two days of workers invading our space would have been no fun. Also, the lounge chairs have seen better days. A man sat on one and it broke beneath him. Many of the straps were no longer connected.

Ocean front view with full kitchen and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a dining and living room and washer and dryer

1)Some of the blinds in master bedroom and living room were missing 2)TVs had controls that didn’t work right and the regular bedroom tv didn’t have a cable or box for the tv to pickup any tv shows or Channels so that tv didn’t work pickup at all 3)The parking garage was not tall enough for the SUV to park inside 4) The lockbox where the door keys were inside was broken 5)The elevator light was out or burn out 6)The washer would go off balance every time it would be in the spin cycle didn’t matter if it were even a small load still would go off balance

Great view of the beach. Wanted two bedrooms as we both did some work.

It is run down. Hole in ceiling by patio doors, vent in wall in living room very dirty, mirrored doors on closet in guest room broken. Smelled like smoke. Also no way to fit two cars in garage due to volume of “stuff” in there.
