My sago bed when you lay in it the mattress is just laying on bars. No linen in the room extra. Refrigerator need upgraded for the money you charge facility needs to be better. Front cluttered too small of space for check in

Very comfortable room and enjoyed music provided on boardwalk. Staff was very friendly and location and room was oceanfront. Quiet location as well. Used valet service for car which was very helpful.

The check in and unloading the car was a total mess. Not very organized and slow. Not enough luggage carts. No coffee downstairs or at the tiki hut.

Location and the pools were nice. Fast elevators. Nice staff.

Room could be bigger it was basically half a room as they split one room into A and B diminishng the size and doubling their profits. View from room was terrible. Just the street and no balcony.

room didn't have a full size mirror in it and you guys know females need a full size mirror to see what she look like in her clothes. and outlets for UBS cords and the room is very out dated but clean.

There wasn't enough space on the sides of the sink for women's use. Also, the bed wasn't a true queen. Expected a comfortable queen bed for two. We weren't provided clean towels daily. When we asked for towels, we received one towel full of stains.

Location was ideal and parking was great. The staff was very pleasant and provided plenty of water. The bathtub was wonderful... very spacious with great water pressure. The commode had great suction. Kitchen was very nice. London was very helpful! JD was also helpful notifying us about the discounts.

I didn’t like finding a long black hair on the wall in my room. I also didn’t like them asking me 3 to 4 times about taking a tour so that they could give me a free vacation.

Housekeeping wasn’t there all day and they should tell people they have to ask for housekeeping service but other than that everything was fine excellent

I didn’t sleep well the first night due to a constant beeping. Initially thought it was the smoke detector (believe it was the dishwasher malfunctioning) and it was late when I got in and no one available to check.

Location was nice- being able to wake up with the beach out the window. Staff (specifically Kayla) was very nice.

We and my wife liked the complimentary washer and dryer on certain floors and vending for any time of the night. Great location on the beach ocean front. Would stay again and would recommend.

The technicality that I rented a ocean view room, thinking we'd be able to see the ocean from our room. However, we were greeted with the view of the neighboring hotel and had to peer over the balcony to see the ocean. When we asked about it, they said we could "view" the ocean. What we should have gotten was a ocean "front" room, to be in front of the ocean. Also, the rooms were very old and out of date.

The location. We were able to go right onto the board walk from the hotel. We could also walk across the street to gift shops and food/dessert places. Valet was also very nice and convenient. Worth the price.

When I made reservation it was for an ocean view room So what we got was 85% citi view and 15% ocean view, so litle disappointed on that matter Also the terrace was filthy layers of dust on chairs and everything out there. Fridge was missing pieces inside (glass stands and litle drawer)

My kid enjoyed the pools Nice coffee cups and coffee percolator Size of room very spacious
