I had booked a room for 341€ and they should have charged me around 367$ in dollars, they charged me 367€!!! When I told them, they said they would refund me in a few days... unfortunately, a week has passed and I still haven't received my money back....

It wasn't bad, the money was okay, we agreed... but he charged me €26 more

No breakfast. For the amount charged, I could have had breakfast if I had stayed at the motel across the street.

This was my second time stay and the cable was off as if the bill was not paid. So I was unaware that I will not have any entertainment. Bathroom tub has cigarette burns on the tub, so I was unable to shower. The toilet tissue was used, it’s like the who ever stayed before me had use the tissue and the just kept the remaining for the next rental Overall it need to be remolded.

Only hotel that has smoking in Gainesville.

The first room was apparently out of order, the beds wasn't made and it was looking like blood stains on both mattresses and the ac vent blew out smoke. Called the front desk and was giving another room. That room was ok, the ac in that room didn't work properly. When we attempted to put on the heat, all that came out was cold air. Even letting it stay on for a while it was still cold. Not worth spending my last on.

Needs up grade in the rooms, bed box frame was a made box. The bathroom is rusty need new toilet, new tub. The light fixtures did not work was not enough of light. And the heat did not work so the room was cold.

Smoke room was available.

The front desk Manager was rude. To one of the guests in my present. And as she was rude to them, imagine her being rude to the rest of the people.

The facilities were not very clean, the beds were uncomfortable. the sheets and blankets were scratchy. The sheets smelled like someone left them in the washing machine too long.

We were able to check in early, but that was the only good thing about our stay here.

The receptionist.. very rude and kicked my child and I out in 42° F weather even tho we booked. But she didn't see the on her computer so she told us (my ten year old daughter and I) to stay outside until the reservation was recovered.. horrible experience especially being that it was 3:30 in the am as well!!! Very disappointed in the service. As well as the other (colored) couple who had booked and had it on their phone like me and we were all forced into the cold weather and share and uncomfortable wooden bench that really only seats 2 maybe 3 if ur within a reasonable weight.

The hygiene products available. After a session like that, one needs to be able to properly clean up.

I liked the room, all I needed was a bed to meet the person I was paying to have relations with.

Sink had a leak, a bug puddle under sink, lights kept going off, tub was nasty, not enough plugs close to bed, looks like rat droppings all in the room, toilet looked like it hadn't been updated in years. Noisy as everything someone walked by you could hear there whole conversation. Overall not pleased with this room and will advise people to stay away. Not worth the price even if it was cheap. Tried calling front desk and no one answered and guy in the morning acted like he didn't even care.

To sum it up simply my son and grandson both said it was the worst hotel they ever stayed in. The entire complex was filthy.. Both rooms were creepy and in our room the bathtub had cigarette burns along the entire rim.

Not much other than it was available on a Gator game day and Patrick at the front desk was very nice.
