United StatesBed a little softer than I like. Minor issues with shower: in particular, tub slow draining. However, I told the desk clerk about it, and he said they'd get it fixed.
No problems with wi-fi. Temperature control worked well. No problems with noise, either from within the motel or from outside. Both of the desk clerks with whom we interacted were friendly and helpful.

There was no breakfast available at this location. It's pretty sad when you stay at hotel only to learn that they don't offer breakfast. Not only that I booked a room with 2 beds and they gave me a room with one bed.

United StatesThe fact that in our daughters room the head board had fallen off, the microwave was falling off, and the sheets had dark brown mystery stains did not do much for the wedding that we were attending for our eldest daughter. The staff offered to clean the filthy shower but housekeeping decided it was good enough and they changed out her stained bedding with sheets that were in worse condition. That was an absolute embarrassment. I would never have guessed that a Wyndham hotel would be in such disastrous conditions. Wow!
The staff was excellent. They were in a position where they had to apologize for the condition of the room and the fact that half of the key cards did not work.

United StatesThe hotel in general was not very clean. The bathroom in the room was not very clean at all. The bottom of the toilet (like on the floor) was yellow. The tub had a 'footprint' mark on the ledge and pieces of dirt. I am glad I was only there for one night and didn't need to shower. There was an odd smell in the room. You could tell they don't take cleanliness very seriously.
The location was great and the staff was friendly.
